A sharp alarm which happened @ 3am, when everyone was sleeping. After this there was a water shut down for 6 hours which made us inconvenient & uncomfortable. Coffee was not hot as served in breakfast area. Otherwise I felt ok. Thanks.

It was great for the bmt graduation. Close and easy for the lyft. For those new and going for af graduation. Go through the luke east gate especially if taking a lyft because its a short walk to the festivities. Only issue. Water was shut for while, random fire alarm one morning and lastly its not close to stores if you need tp walk. Close if you drive though. Overall good choicr for a short stay

This location is close to Lackland Air Force Base. We chose it so we could be a mile away from the base for our grandson‘s graduation. It’s perfect.

Water for turned off on our last night there and then the next morning. The door did not closed good, and when closed it was loose and can jiggle. The staff though was amazing . Helpful and kind.

Everything was going well, however I am extremely upset with the receptionist or whoever was at the desk on Oct 5th. The room was intended for myself and my friend. The receptionist did not call me for authorization for another friend to get an extra key to my room. While I was running a quick errand hours before my wedding ceremony, I came back to my room to another friend who I DID NOT INTEND to have access to my room, in my room. I am overall unsatisfied with this event that made me late to my own wedding ceremony.

The lobby and breakfast area are clean and well maintained. Free hot coffee and warm cookies are offered during the day which is beyond our expectations. Free breakfast is typical which offer hot scrambled egg and self made hot waffle. Room is clean and decent as expected for the price. The surrounding area seems to be in the middle of nowhere but it’s convenient to go to restaurants and shopping centers nearby for less than 10 mins drive . And About 15 mins to Seaworld. .

I've never left a positive review for a hotel. But this hotel was outstanding. Thr staff was awesome and thr property was nice. We were there for our son's Air Force graduation, and they help make it a special experience. Highly recommend it.

I guess it was alright.
Check in took like 30 mins because their payment machine was being finicky. Hotel was under renovation, not sure why we were stuck all the way on the other side of the hotel. It had one elevator, on the opposite side our room was on. Long walk and it was hot in the hallways. Bathroom in the hotel was small, looked like it was renovated, but cracks in the caulk in the bathroom. Furniture was beat up. I won't stay here again.

Staff was super nice! Stayed here Saturday Sep. 28th and checked out today October 5th. When i check in they said house keeping only comes to clean every three days. I was okay with that. Tuesday came and around midnight i asked the front desk if they would make sure they would have house keeping clean my room. The lady wrote down my room number and said it would happen. I checked out this morning and house keeping never came my entire stay.
