We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon night because we wanted a hotel experience before we left for our trip a few days later, and was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. The room had a strange layout as if a bed was missing, it smelled awful, weird markings on the walls and ceiling, the bed and pillows were hard as a rock, and there were BUGS. We tried to get pictures of them but by the time we saw the bugs and grabbed our phones, they were gone (Bathroom/Floor/Night Stand/ and even the BED). When we checked out I told the man at the front desk about the bugs and he asked me if I had pictures (which I explained to him they were too fast to get a clear photo) and he looked right at me and flat out told me that I was lying because "there was no way there could be bugs because they take care of that". I didnt even want a refund, but it was about the principle of it all, and I didnt want anyone else to have the same experience we had (especially on our HONEYMOON!) and then being told that I was lying!!! Even before our stay I called the hotel 3 times and asked if they did any accommodations to go with a honeymoon, like rose petals or chocolate or something, and the woman I spoke with on the phone each time didnt understand me and could barely speak English. It was by far the WORST hotel experience I have ever had in my entire life and the fact that thats how we spent our honeymoon is extremely upsetting.

This property was extremely clean and in a safe area. I was very disappointed that it was not clear on the Expedia site that there was a deposit. Also, the young man who checked us in was borderline rude with no personality. Not welcoming at all.

I dont not recommend this hotel to anyone. The eating area wasn't clean... the tables and chairs were dirty. The hot water didnt work in the room and the floors were dirty with hair from the prior rental.

I rented this room for the jetted bathtub when I got in the room the bathroom was soaken wet the bath tub looks like someone came and peed all over the place including the top of the tub! When I called the front desk he came and looked at it and said there was nothing he could do he tried calling his manager, she didn’t answer he tried calling again in the morning no answer. He stated there was no other room he could put us in and the house keepers left so I had to clean up the place myself not the mention the mirror for the closet was falling off the hinges you couldn’t even open it without the whole thing moving… it was just terrible!!! The parking lot was full of trash I don’t recommend this place at all!!

The room I stayed in either had bed bugs or no see-ums. I have over a dozen bites. I pretty sure it was the latter of the two since I killed several mosquitoes and other flying gnats. In my room. They need to check all air filtration units and use pesticides as needed.
