Get a security guard downstairs!!! Ridiculous the doors are locked to visitors. Don't lock the main entrance! Get a security guard instead! What a joke having to have valet guys unlock and open the door from the garage but no access to main entrance. Really weird. And the rooms were so tiny. Actually, we had a less than pleasing experience.

We had a wonderful weekend trip. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star was due to our mini fridge not staying cold. Maintenance did try to fix and it worked for a few hours, but then it broke down again. Minor issue though. Everything else was fantastic

Mr. Garcia at the front desk continued to charge my credit card. Even after I told him that it was approved. He told me to run credit card again so I was double charged. Than he said I would get my money it 3-5 days. Totally Ridiculous!!!!

This was one of the better prices found online…but was portrayed as “On the RiverWalk” it is NOT…which explained the price very quickly. Our view was of an alley that was extremely loud all night. From car revving to music to drunks hollering….you heard it all. The rooms do NOT get attended to everyday unless requested. You must valet your car $45 a day or use the pay to park public areas for $20-$25 a day. If you valet they park your car off site somewhere. Pay a little more and get a better hotel.

Crystal at the front desk at night was very personable. Guests are charged $42 each night for overnight valet service. Day one we texted to get our vehicle and we went downstairs and our car was there, but no key and no personnel. We waited over 10 minutes for someone to show up. When we brought the car back for the night, no one was there. We had to park the car ourselves, then bring the key to the front desk. If you are going to charge for a service like valet, you should provide it without people having to wait or hunt someone down.

Very loud at night/difficult to fall asleep
The streets around the hotel got very noisy in the evening with people playing their car stereos really loud and revving their engines. We were on the seventh floor and I could clearly hear people talking in the streets below. I tried to fall asleep by putting a pillow over my head.

Terrific service, great location
We were there during the big Microsoft computer outage and I was so impressed with the whole staff and the service! It was slightly inconvenient to have to go to the lobby to ask for someone to let you into your room all weekend, but staff handled it promptly and with a smile. Hotel was beautiful, rooms were clean and location was perfect, close to Riverwalk. There were a few cons: overnight valet parking was $42 with no option to self park, which was insane. Their website said they had a poolside bar but they didn’t, and also said they served dinner in the restaurant but I saw no evidence of that either. The food in their on-site convenience store was pricey ($6 for a small bag of chips!!). All that said though, their service and location were terrific. I’d stay there again, but I’d definitely wait for a really cheap deal and bring my own snacks!
