There was a smell in the hallway. We never were left with enough towels and had to constantly stop at the desk and ask for more. Our first sheets felt like sand/beady. Some of the carpet was stained. The breakfast buffet was nice.

Only downside was the tv in the room I was in wasn’t working properly and had a blue tint to it. Only stayed one night so didn’t bother to complain about it to the front desk, but might be something that would bother me had I been staying a few more nights.

Really skimped on bathroom amenities. Tiny bar soap. No washcloth. One hand towel. 2 bath towels. That’s it. No shower cap. Tiny soaps. No dirty clothes bag. Lack of attention to these details ,….. but looked like new property. Maybe they’ll grow into it ..

Stayed 2 days. Roach in our room 219. Lobby and hallway needed to be mopped. Second floor hallway was not vacuumed the whole time we were there because there was trash on the floor that was never cleaned up. The hallway had a musty smell. Wont be staying there again which sucks because wr always stayed there when we went to San Antonio

The hallways were hot and smelly. There were no towels per person in each room and the keys to the room didn’t work consistently. We had to wait for towels to be washed before we could get any. The bathtub was not clean. There was no body wash in the bathroom. We liked being cost to the freeway.
