Wir bedauern sehr, dass Ihr Aufenthalt in unserem Hotel nicht zu Ihrer vollsten Zufriedenheit verlaufen ist.Ich weiss nicht mit wem haben Sie gesprochen, weil es Personal gibt, das Deutsch spricht. Ausserdem und obwohl ist es keine Pflicht, Deutsch zu sprechen, wir sprechen Deutsch, ich auch. Offensichtlich nicht das gesamte Personal. You can enjoy a drink at one of the bars, which include a poolside bar and a bar/lounge. WiFi is free in public spaces. A library, a terrace, and a vending machine are also featured at Hotel New Folias. Limited parking is available for a fee and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this 3-star San Bartolomé de Tirajana hotel.
