I like the fridge and stove, but the room needs to be cleaned and repaired and painted. The key cards didn't work that day and we had to wait to be escorted to our room.

Bad Management
The attendant that checked me in waived the pets fees due to the threat of fires that made us stay in the hotel. That gentleman was the nicest employee, the manager on the other hand found out that we had a cat and kicked us out that same night. Terrible way of doing business during a state of emergency.
Didn’t stay, the full kitchen was only usable if you bought the pans and utensils ( to what throw them away after? . Also did not disclose the deposit required. Shane uses my points and they were never refunded.
This property was the worst. As soon as I opened the door and turned on the lights cockaroaches came out and were all over the floor. Saw at least 4 in the first 10 seconds of stepping foot in the room.
My second stay was much better than my first, room was clean, all that was in the room for me was there to be used and I would like to thank the kindness of Latrice, one of the employees for treating me with kindness and respect and whenever I needed help she helped a great deal and for Mr. JP for his politeness, saying hello whenever he came into work and even when I was checking out a homelessman came in asking everyone for water and he threw him out to not bother other customers staying here. Thank you for the stay, you will see me again soon.
