We had problems with our room toilet wouldn’t flush and tv screen was just blue but with swift actions the hotel clerk had us in a new room with everything in order I liked the action they took of our problem I didn’t like that rooms should be like this could be maintenance issues but overall average stay :)
The outside grounds were kept clean.The inside of the building smelled. The elevator got stuck on the 3rd floor when I arrived. My room wasn't clean up on check in, The AC on my room was not working so they switched rooms for me.
