Good hotel but bad services. You pay the hotel but end up working yourself for it. Not a very pleasant experience. Good property and location but poor service.

When I checked in there was a note that I recently had surgery then didn’t offer to help with bags, then my room was not clean hair in the tub. Shower hook broke and bugs on the window sill they moved me to another room again not asking if I needed help with bags while the room was cleaner I listened to someone dogs for hours the first 2 nights I was there then to be charged for amenities I couldn’t use they could have made an exception. Will not be recommending this hotel and will not stay at another Hilton

Hilton charging practice is confusing. $125 deposit was requested at checking then all total charge was run without crediting my deposit. Eventually, it worked out ok, there were so many additional charges after my checkin.....

In the 4 days we stayed, not once did they come clean the room. I called about it twice. The bathroom had black around the grout and tiles were chipped. They also charge 45 a night for parking, which they do not disclose. And a 44 dollar a night urban stay fee. Do not recommend this hotel. Too expensive for the facilities…

The hotel is beautiful. It’s a short 10 min walk to gas lamp and right next to convention center. It is mostly a business hotel and right on the edge of town - it’s litterly the last property before industrial.
