I selected a partial ocean view not facing the pool and on the top floor for privacy and quiet. We enjoyed our stay as we were also able to rent bicycles along the boardwalk from the hotel. A lot of dining options were in walking distance.

I love this place. It’s right on the beach. Love hearing the ocean waves all day. Enjoy the hot tub. Pool is not heated which isn’t great in November but nice nonetheless.

We got room 216 and it was terrible, the balcony faced a wall and the room constantly vibrating because they have the laundry below and it was very uncomfortable. I never asked to change the room because my husband and I were very sick and had no strength to move our stuff, but definitely not a pleasant experience

The property was clean, comfortable, and convenient. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. But only downside was the early morning cleaning noises from the staff access doors and carts.

They said it wasn’t too loud, oh boy! It was terrible. The entire room was beating to the music next door until 12am. No toiletries at all and took forever for the water to heat up. The beds were comfortable and clean, but not worth the $$$$!!

Great place let down by it's plastic use
Beautiful hotel - lovely rooms and location is first class - right on the beach and with plenty of food and drink options close by. Staff at reception were lovely and very helpful - we checked in very early and were able to leave our bags and freshen up with no issues. Room was large and very comfortable beds. The amount of single-use plastics was, however, horrible. Who actually needs to provide single-use cutlery and cups anymore and what a horrendous waste of polluting substances. Given the location and the rest of the hotel, it was shocking that a single piece of plastic was available, let alone a breakfast & room offering fully stocked with single-use plastic.

Great beachfront stylish hotel. Location is perfect, parking available ($35/night this trip). Wonderful salt water fish tank in the lobby. Needs a bit of work for 5-star rating. While nice, the linens are worn down and could be much softer. Rough towels feel like they’re very old and that they’ve never seen fabric softener. USB outlets bedside did not work, however one of two USB receptacles located under the TV worked. Breakfast is complimentary though we didn’t eat here, we opted for nearby eateries and coffee shops. Consists of bacon, sausage, eggs, apples, cereal, and waffle makers. What we liked was the breakfast room was open all day so we could get napkins, or plastic silverware if needed. Huge homeless problem outside hotel, we didn’t appreciate them camping against the hotel property, this should be remedied. Great stay, excellent staff, for us however we may prefer nicer hotel with better linens no homeless next time.

If you want homeless people camped outside your $600 balcony staring directly in to your room so you can't even enjoy the ocean view this is the hotel for you! If you want to be harassed by security at 7pm for carrying luggage to your room then this is the hotel for you! Do I look homeless to you and two of you are running up to me rudely asking for my key card in an aggressive manner for no reason whatsoever. Disgusting way to treat a guest. The Wifi is slow and unreliable, there is an ethernet port in the room which does not work. The front desk seems to think that because they can connect to it in the lobby that it's the same everywhere in the hotel. The hotel is surrounded by bars so there will be loud music and drunk people yelling until the early hours of the morning guaranteed. They charge you premium hotel prices but can't even provide complimentary WATER in the rooms...I've stayed in motels that provide water for gods sake. I wasn't even going to mention most of this stuff but the security incident made me want to pack my stuff and leave immediately, imagine paying $600 a night to be accused of being homeless. This place is absolutely not worth the money. If you do decide to stay here make sure you're carrying a sign around your neck that says "I'm not homeless" unless you want to be harassed by security. I've stayed in 100's of hotels in all parts of America and the world and never ONCE had that happen.
