I didn’t like I got charge 2 towels but I didn’t mess up the room they took me $100 dollar more for 2 towel I don’t get it why if y’all need to clean it and wash them I don’t recommend people to come this hotel they charge to much and don’t look so nice small rooms and I been in Vegas looks so beautiful like a suite and only charge $100 deposit here they charge $250 plus $45 a day valet parking

I used to enjoy this hotel. However the last few trips have been extremely disappointing. The restaurant is NEVER open during listed business hours. They make you feel like you’re a inconvenience for even entering the restaurant. The “pool” is never open. They charged me $65 for a stained towel and charge a $250 deposit.

Very mediocre hotel. The lobby is deceiving. The rooms at the back are like motel feel. The room was tiny but clean and upgraded. Towel quality good. Bed and pillow adequate. Pillow could be better quality and softer. The AC turned on and then froze and I could not adjust it or turn it off. No extra blankets were provided. Called from desk in the morning and they did not pick up - had to leave a message. So if you want sitting from front desk, you need to go down to the lobby.

Loved the location, perfect for walking around Little Italy. Clean room, yes there was an odor of chlorine or strong cleaning product but it was manageable for us.
