Room smelled musty like cigarette smoke, they claimed it was humidity. Seriously? They have full occupancy apparently, yet there is always only 1 person at the check in desk. The hotel is worn and tired, needs to be shut down and renovated.

The staff are amazing, restaurant/bar is great, location is convenient and it’s clean. However, the handful of times I’ve stayed here over the last 2 years, there’s seems to be something off each time - one of the elevators is always broken, the gate to the parking garage sometimes doesn’t work, room key isn’t programmed right, and this time - our bed frame was broken. Like huge metal frame pieces sticking straight out on both sides, one side sitting on the ground, other side on a splintered wood frame broken. Seriously unacceptable and totally unsafe.

This hotel canceled my reservation at 8pm on the day of my check-in, leaving my wife, our dog and myself stranded. Completely irresponsible. They offered a replacement hotel that was not dog friendly and so of no use. This hotel practices overbooking. It is a complete disaster. How can you leave an out of town guest stranded at 8pm with no place to go, after they made their reservations weeks in advance???? Not to mention that your staff was so corporate and cold when they notified me. Nobody cared the slightest bit about all the pain that you caused.
