This property was very clean. The breakfast was excellent! However, the toilet and tub area were extremely small! I am 5'6" 155lbs and I found it very uncomfortable. Otherwise, it was a very nice place to stay.

Really close to Fisherman's Wharf and convenient for tourists. Lots of food options nearby. Would have liked a better fitness room, but otherwise enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was excellent. Might have long lines but you move quickly - we never waited more than 10 minutes for a table.

The hotel was very nice and in a great location. We were minutes away from all the piers . We were there for a stay of 10 days without a vehicle and we were walking distance to all the transportation options. Very easy to get around San Francico. We were 4 adults in the room, it was ok but the bathroom is very small. We did not use the pool as it was a bit cold, the pool area is small for the number of units in the hotel, not a lot of lounge chairs, but it was clean and they do have towels. The cleanliness of the hotel was good. The breakfast was excellent ! Even if you do have to wait a bit in line to be seated, the service and food are worth the wait. A lot of choices and everything is hot and plenty of food, never had to wait for anything. The staff is just wonderfull and always smiling. Overall we loved this hotel. The only negative part is that there was a lot of noise from the room upstairs. In the morning we were woken up very early by the people walking in the room. It made noisy cracks in the ceiling. I do recommend this hotel and i would go back anytime.

Great hotel! Everything is very clean, high standard building with a very friendly and helpful staff including a very good breakfast! I have stayed here multiple times and will return! Very close to all the tourist sights including many great restaurants in walking distance in Fisherman's wharf, Pier 39 and the wonderful Italian neighborhood of North Beach! Safe area with lots to do including the family friendly park Washington Square.

The breakfasts were delicious with lots of variety for both cold and hot foods. Room was nice and clean. The outdoor pool area isn’t great. It could use an uplift and more lounging chairs. Hotel was in a great location with a lot to see and do within walking distance.

Breakfast was awesome, it’s incredible and included to your stay. Location is the best part of the hotel, walkable to all the tourist areas. Transportation is also very convenient to downtown. clean and quiet.

Very unsatisfied. Safe in room was broken, TV didn’t work, the room keys took at least 10 attempts before it opened the room, I got them reset at the front desk but still had the same problem, the shower drain was slow, the water pressure in the shower was terrible. Nope won’t stay here again, you would think for the price they would at least check to see if everything was working in the rooms. BOO!!!

What a nice surprise!
We booked this hotel because we like staying near fisherman‘s wharf. Expectations were modest based on some reviews. It was actually perfect for us because the accommodation was better than we expected and actually quite nice. Lobby and public areas were very nice, the breakfast buffet was really quite extensive, and the line was not as bad as people have complained about. Not a problem at all. They have a nice little store in the lobby with some decent decent takeout food. On our last night, we were too tired to go out again so we had some warm paninis from this little store. The only negative I have for the entire hotel (and the multi-day stay) is that, yes, the walls are extremely thin, and you can hear every conversation from your neighbors. We booked a room on the fourth floor, which is the highest floor, and actually had a little bit of a view towards the Golden Gate Bridge. This location was perfect for our sightseeing goals and we actually tried taking WayMo, the self-driving autonomous taxi, for the first time. What a blast! Definitely recommend this hotel. Much better experience than we expected.

Loved this hotel! We arrived a bit early but they were able to offer us an early checkin. The room itself was wonderful… spacious, comfortable, clean, and modern. The breakfast was amazing . Don’t let the line at breakfast fool you - it moves quickly. We were dubious about the pool (thought it would be too cool to use) but we found a nice spot in the sun and enjoyed the downtime. Totally walkable to many highlights and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location as walkable to trams, waterfront, pier 39 (if you are visiting Alcatraz). Quite noisy at early hours in the morning (outside noise due to bin collection and busses reversing). Lovely and helpful staff! Super comfy beds! Good breakfast. Just be careful as parking is super expensive $60 per night.
