My stay at the hotel was nice. The only big concern I have is that the Sonesta hotel charges $18.00 per night per car for regular standard parking. They couldn't give me a reason to charge for parking. Thank you.

It was wonderful experience! A quick check in. Very accommodating! After a long drive to meet my friends at the airport. I checked in and I was going to pick them up , but he said that they had a shuttle to go get them ! That was a relief for me . The room was big and well equipped. Water bottle refill stations all over . A full gym as well . Very clean And Safe . In the morning we had coffee And just let them know that we needed a to the airport . They helped load our bags And we’re on our way !

I was going to list a minor complaint about the housekeeping service, but after I checked out and was already at the airport, I realized I had accidentally left my iPad back in the room. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and mailed my iPad back to me the next day. They went beyond duty. I am extremely grateful to them.
