My family and I stayed at this property for 3 nights to enjoy all the Puerto Rico offers! We have stayed at many resorts in Puerto Rico over the years and we have our new favourite! The resort is clean, great service, exceptional dining options for dinner, lunch and the included breakfast was way above expectations. The pools area is massive, with load of sun and fun to be had. The gym is clean, big and again exceptional. The rooms are clean, great views, quiet and comfortable. Exceptional resort, family friendly but also classy and perfect for couples. The rooms are in serious need of renovation. There are several outdated and just upkept areas. Our table and chairs on the patio were severely rusted. Most of the upper hallways have a stench of mildew. The mini fridge barely got below room temperature. The building somehow had zero working ice machines when it averaged 93 degrees all week. One of the male bartenders at the Bagula bar was atrocious! We ordered food and drinks for 2 at 5:40, they close at 7. He pulled his phone out of his pocket to check the time, rolled his eyes, then walked away for almost 10 mins before telling the female bartender(she was very nice) to take our order. Also, what they don't mention is that you must park in a paid parking garage. No other parking besides valle. The outdoor area is very nice. In my eyes, it didn't override the interior issues. We will not be returning, we'll try another establishment next trip.

The property is beautiful and clean. The staff was fantastic, helpful, professional and kind.
