The resort is beautiful. Helena at the front was amazing. She helped us Check in and also sent a birthday surprise our room for my gf (since it was her bday).. When we left to downtown, for lunch, Andrew at valet offered us some cold water for the drive. We thought that was amazing. We WILL definetly stay there on our next visit and hopefully Helena and Andrew will be there again to help us.

The hotel associates are very friendly and helpful and provide excellent service. The room is well-appointed, and the bed is very comfortable. The shower is large, and the double-sink bathroom is wonderful. The property grounds are beautifully maintained.

This property is very nice. My only complaint was that housekeeping came to clean our room at 3:00 just when we came back to freshen up for a 4:00 appointment. The hotel was not very busy and we normally refuse house keeping for this very reason. Other than this the staff was very nice and the service was great!
