Paid for a Suite that we didnt stay in
My husband and i come to the area very often for deep sea fishing trips. We booked a suite with the jacuzzi tub. The water wouldn't turn off after taking a shower so we could get into the jacuzzi tub. We called front desk to send maintenance. A woman came and said she was maintenance and that the original maintenance person was off for the weekend. She came with the wrong tools and was not able to get the water to stop(my husband is actually a plumber and let her know those tools would not fix the problem). The water ran for awhile while we waited for maintenance. We ended up having to move rooms. There were no more suites available for our weekend stay. We asked to speak with the manager to be compensated since we did pay for a suite for the weekend but he/she was off that weekend, but they would have the manager contact us. We still have not spoken to anyone. We were looking forward to soaking in the jacuzzi after a long day of deep sea fishing!

This was the absolute worst place Iā€™ve ever stayed. I was in tears from the amount of pain I was in attempting to sleep on their sad excuse for a mattress. I booked their suite and it was an actual joke. It was dirty, holes in the walls, zero streaming services and you can hear the occupants from other rooms. They also took $260 out of my account and Iā€™ve contacted them several times to get the money returned and it has not yet been refunded. Save your money and go anywhere else.

We stayed here for our 48th wedding anniversary. The staff was amazing! On the night of our anniversary, we returned to our room to find an iced down bottle of wine, glasses, candles, chocolates, and silk rose petals.. Amazing! We would recommend this place to stay. We'll be back..

This property is recently renovated and in the perfect spot at Morro Bay. The employees are great and the sun deck is an awesome place to relax and watch the sunset. This is my second time staying here and I'm definitely coming back!
