We arrived after dark, it was difficult to find our apartment. We went to bed and were bitten alive by mosquitoes in the bedroom. Spent a sleepless night trying to get rid of them. Next morning at check out I reported the problem, the receptionist did apologise however did not really appear to be interested. That was the first night of our holiday and suffered with horrendous bites for the next three or so.

For a stay of one night it is ok although we would not want to stay any longer. The apartment facilities are sufficient but nothing more. On arrival we had no kettle but this was quickly rectified & a brand new kettle was sent to our apartment.

Nice Hotel in a Middle to a tourist Area

Cons: Wifi signal if only can reach the rooms
Location: Lots of restaurants and bars. Golf courses near by/
The hotel was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. It is located about 10 minutes walk from the cost, but the beaches are a taxi ride away. There is plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. The only draw back the wifi signal only covers the hotel lobby area.

Quiet resort near to the airport.

We visit this hotel regularly and always find it very clean and well looked after. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Talking to people around the pool it isn't their first visit, many families are regulars. We always go self catering as it isn't really set up to be an all inclusive complex.

A fabulous holiday

We love this hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The resort is quite quiet but there are lots of places to eat out and if you want to travel a little further the busses to Los Christianos are reliable and cheap!

Winter break with a friend

The hotel was in a good location with the bus stop being a short walk away. The hotel staff were friendly and nightly entertainment was offered, the rooms were a good size and clean as was the main reception area and grounds. Families with young children requiring pushchairs or those who have difficulty walking may struggle with the steps down to the pool but apart from that I think the hotel would suit all ages.

Family trip

Hotel has lots of steps.staff good but appartment we were in had no air con no freezer only small ice freezer in top of fridge.

Awesome trip

The hotel is highly recommended. Excellent service and amenities. The rooms were clean with fully functional kitchen and utensils.

Perfect!

The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool area is lovely, plenty of sun beds available. The staff worked very hard and were all really friendly Overall we had a good holiday and we would return and would recommend the Royal Park Albatros..

An ok place to stay

Its an ok place to stay. Not everything is a 100% though. Our apt was on the 3rd floor. The stairwell wasn't lit very well at night as some of the bulbs weren't working. There is a lift but the pool is built into a creator in the ground so there is a good deal of walking to get to the pool and restaurant. Its ok going down but a little more difficult coming back up. The pool area was very crowded the beds are only 6" apart . You definitely couldn't have a private conversation at the pool. (3 in a bed comes to mind) Because of the no. of apts you were always in danger of not getting a bed at all.I only ate at the restaurant twice and found the food to be ok but a little pricey compared to what you can get outside the hotel. The apt was clean but we were told at reception that the room would be cleaned only once per week which is insufficient really but they did say at reception that if we needed clean linen or towels at anytime we only had to ask. We did kill 2 cockroaches in the apt on the 1st or 2nd night and we told the cleaner, the following day the hall outside was washed down. we never saw anymore after that. So it appeared that they took it quite serious. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Parking is free at the hotel and close to reception but sometimes it was difficult to find a space.
