Breakfast area was dirty,boxes stacked like storage closet,only cereal and bananas , on Sunday morning still office and breakfast area still locked at 8:15 , also cking in at 8 pm and room wasn't made covers off beds , terrible

place was disgusting, didn't even check in, will know not to even consider this one again ,not blaming hotels.com other than this I have always had great results with them, should have read the reviews before booking.

Floor was sagging, room smelled, took forever to check in, parking lot was sketchy, sheets had blood all over them and the entire place was a dump.

This place is not safe. very dirty ,smells very bad. druggies living there. All around bad 👎 Would have been better just sleeping in the car.... This place should change there Name to Waste management because its trash

Due to a late start for an event, tried to call to request a late check in. No one answered the phone. Drove there first and was allowed to check in early. Got to room to drop things off and it smelled faintly of smoke. The air conditioner unit was covered with animal hair, the floor was not clean and there was hair on bath counter and in shower. Although beds were made thought maybe cleaning wasn't done yet. Came back late and someone had gone in there but nothing was cleaned. The room next door was playing loud music til after midnight. Windows were not cleaned even in the office. One of the pillowcases had brown spots all over it on both sides. Was basically there 10 hrs so couldn't say what the area was like but wouldn't stay there again regardless.

Econo lodge

Toilet wouldn't flush. Sink and all drains wouldn't drain. Front desk was very rude gentleman , who at first told me there was no room available for us. Even though we had receipt and booked room 4-6 weeks in advance. Said they were sold out. I had to call hotels.com only after they called him did he give us a room. After cussing about it. But toilet wouldn't flush and they refused to fix it. Room not very clean. Only plus we had, was no bed bugs. We checked everything.

NEVER BOOK HERE! Desk mgr turned us away, even though we had booked a room! Stated his cleaning staff never showed up. Thankfully the BestWestern had rooms and when we told the desk clerk what happened she stated he does that all the time
