I didnt like the fact my kids couldnt hook up thier xbox but more than that i had to go to the front counter to have some girl not look me in the eye didnt stand up kept sitting under her heating blanket and answer instant messenger or scrolling right as im at the desk ..not professional at all. Also i dont smoke and when i go into the room theres a dirty ashtray there and cigarette guts on the nightstand the towels look as big as handtowels now i dont expect much but lets be honest sweeping and mopping the floor clean the tables is simple. The weirdest thing is they had 2x2 tile out side not laid properly literally walking across them breaking them because theyre not laid properly

First off there was Bed Bugs! Website is totally misleading, the room was advertised as non-smoking and it obviously was a smoking room, linens were stained or just unwashed, the floors were dirty, and the room stunk

Great room for the money. It had an odd smell, but nothing too terrible. The beds were fairly comfy (not the worst I've slept in). The pillows were flat and there were only 2 per bed. The comforter had burn holes in it even though we were on a non smoking room. There was a large mini-fridge, and the AC worked. It was clean and bug-free, and the mattresses had mattress protectors on them. The sheets were really soft and comfy. We were just very grateful to have an affordable and comfortable place to sleep close to Cedar point so we didn't have to drive the 3 hours home at midnight. We would stay here again.
