Roach INFESTATION
When you walk in it smells like RV or portable toilets cleaner / deodorizer.. it was nauseating. First room seemed fine until I got out of the shower . And there were tiny baby roaches all over my dogs food ! Then I was moved to a room right above that room and I was placed under a family or a party that was so loud I was about to go to Walmart parking lot and find peaceful rest there .infeel like part of working the front desk the person checking people in needs to take into consideration PROPER GUEST PLACEMENT..with in the building .if they have a million kids !!!! PUT THEM DOWNSTAIRS . the smoking area is located by the front door which is hard to find . And that is also a popular pee spot for pets so the combinations of smells is very unpleasant. But what’s more unpleasant is that my card was charged for a deposit AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN that has not been refunded after my check out . I was told my card was refunded on the 7th but my bank statement CLEARLY States I was in fact CHARGED ON THE 8th I called my bank and they see no attempt of a refund I called numerous times they sent me a copy of my folio which MEANS NOTHING BC THE BANK DOESNT LIE - so now it has been almost five days since my “refund “was SUPPOSEDLY given . I had to call my bank and dispute the charges myself since they are not cooperative.. ALSO THESE ROOMS DO NOT COME EQUIPPED WITH NO SHAMPOO CONDITIONER BLOWDRYERS ONLY ONE ROLL OF TOILET PAPER ONE BAR OF SOAP AND JAIL TOWELS - not even a box of tissues -

Sheets had stains on them, floors were dirty, shower was full of stains, ants crawling all over bathroom sink. Chairs were visibly melted. Floors in hallway outside of room were covered in stains and god knows what else.

1) poorly lit parking lot. 2) people hanging out side front entrance and in parking lot 3) no lobby what so ever- just a window in a narrow hallway 4) lobby smelled like chemicals 5) no grab and go breakfast like Expedia said it had 6) ice machine broken 7) kids yelling at me asking me for money 8) cockroach came out from underneath refrigerator.

Save your money. Needs repair, dorty, smelled like urine and has roaches. Even the lady at the front desk stayed that it smelled. Also took a deposit on top of our paid room.

Not a safe place. There is NO FRONT DESK or very limited hours. Very difficult to get in touch with anyone (via phone calls) for anything. Non-smoking room smells like heavy smoker LIVED here. The hallways are filthy.. Stained, soiled, unwashed, carpets. Even if you arranged late check in ahead of your stay, you will wait in excess of 15 mins in publicly accessible foyer trying to reach someone. The phone on the wall for this puts you in an endless loop of selecting the same options. Use your cell phone instead. If I had any other option, I would have booked another hotel rather than stay the night. Worst hotel I've been in EVER.
