Nice hotel for a night in Santa Bárbara. Only about 15 to the downtown area. And nice views of the Mountains with a peak view of the Ocean.

I loved how friendly the staff at front desk were. This was our second time here & had wonderful experience. Very clean and comfortable. Only thing is that it was facing the pool so with the sun facing the room It got a bit stuffy inside the room but it was comfortable

It would be really hard to recommend anything about my stay at this hotel. The room was noisy with both highway and train noise allnight. The room had bright light leakage into the room as the curtains were not effective at blocking it out. The bathroom had areas of mold and dirt that someone had attempted to hide simply by painting over them. The WIFI did not work most of the time during my stay. The pool looked clean but was as cold as ice and when I asked about the possibility of using it the receptionist just laughed at me? I would not stay here again even for free.

Leah just started at the front desk. She is incredible. PROMOTE HER. She should be a regional manager. So kind and helpful. The other staff was great too and gave me the room I wanted that was far from the freeway. Can't wait to see Leah again, she makes the Motel 6 experience feel like home.

Run down, needs renovations.
This hotel was in an okay location. The room was small with an older television, small shower and no bathtub. There was bubbling in the ceiling plaster and the room had a moldy smell that dissipated after I cracked a window. Overall I didn't spend too much time in the room and it was just a place to sleep. The positive of this hotel was the staff. The reception staff was kind and accommodating.

Staff is great. Room was tidy and neat but smells of old smoky musky sent. Slept in my clothes and had to change because my clothes smelled like cigarette smoke
