3 bedroom 2 bath, w/ den, family room, barbecue, three outdoor dining areas, on an acre & a half. Located with a stream across the way, fields & hills surrounding house, beach short drive away. We have a lovely trail that begins at the base of our driveway passing streams & polo fields! beautiful mountain views! 10 minutes to Santa Barbara, 5 min to Montecito! Indoor outdoor home, with a lovely outdoor terrace, we spend all our time outside or wandering the property! Citrus orchard, avocados, olive trees, & chickens with fresh eggs for you to enjoy!
