The mattress was so bad . I asked to change rooms, they said no! I got a board for laced under the mattress and came back to find all the linen on the floor. Had to call housekeeping back. Needless to say this was the worst 3 days of the trip because I could not sleep in the bed! The manager listen but did nothing and when I met him later in the hotel no smile no acknowledgement or greeting. I won’t be back even though it is a great location

The staff make you feel very special!
We especially enjoyed and appreciated the kindness of the staff. They went out of the their way to ensure our stay was special and met our needs. I did question the Happy Hour free drinks! When I have a double shot of gin, I would know I did. Kinda think the liquor is water down. The location is the very best. Very easy access to the opera.

The positives are proximity to Canyon road and downtown, friendly staff, breakfast and happy hour complimentary, size of rooms. the negatives- three attempts to check in because key software problem, forgetting to do a request such as please get car, but mostly it seems dated with everything brown, brown, beige and strange artwork for sale instead of a curated group.

They would not change my room. The bed was so old that even though they put a board under my mattress it was like sleeping on a motel 6 bed. Bought a heating pad but my back hurt so much I couldn’t enjoy my stay and slept in the upright chair because I was in so much pain. The rest of hotel was excellent and the food was great. Staff serving meals wonderful too

We only needed a room for one night before moving to our Airbnb, and this was perfect for our family of four, including two teenagers. We chose a suite and enjoyed the free happy hour and breakfast. The pool and hot tub was amazing. Staff was helpful and friendly. Having the beautiful church grounds, including the gardens and sculptures, next door was icing on the cake. Plaza was walkable as well. Highly recommend this property.

Musty worn carpet slight kennel odor .. pass
First thing ,.pets allowed in all rooms .. lets say the rooms smelled "ripe".. The carpets however were more "Over ripe".. very dissappointed.. manager said remodel next year.. the free buffett was awful . Hot dogs and nachos . The breakfast was so basic.. I have had much better freebies at cheaper hotels .. Not what i expected very dissappointed .. Now the price ,, almost 400 dollars .. to me not worth half that price .. The ladies at the front desk were amazing but I wont stay here again ..
