Eastern Lake is a coastal dune lake and something you're going to want to check out and it's just over one mile away. If you want to get in some great birdwatching, there are many rare birds you can find along the Great Florida Birding Trail at Grayton Beach State Park. You can also try lots of craft beers at Grayton Beer Brewpub, the local brewhouse right next door to the state park. You can deep-sea fish for Cobia, Red Snapper, and King mackerel when you book a trip with Dead Fish Charters, just five miles away.
Things to Know
This complex has ongoing construction. Internal stairs will not be accessible (please use external stairs). Balconies will be closed from 1/1/25 to 3/15/25 due to construction. You will not be able to access the balconies. The daily timeframe will be from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday (possibly some Saturdays).
Tennis Courts will be down for 2 months starting December 19, 2024.
Elevator will be down starting 12/9/24 through January 31 or longer.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
