Heaven Can Wait: Beautiful family vacation home which is part of the premier 500-acre Watercolor resort on Florida's Gulf Coast. Located on a quiet street across from a small park, it has a private pool and backyard with a spacious screened porch. Part of Watercolor's Camp district, it is less than a mile from beach access at the renowned Watercolor Beach Club. Walk or bike one block to Camp Watercolor and enjoy the water slides and lazy river, or take a short bike ride to Seaside, the Watercolor tennis and pickleball center, or the boathouse facility with fishing and kayak and paddle board rentals. You are also just around the corner from shopping for groceries and other conveniences at Watercolor Crossings. Property is rented and managed by owner.

Luxury home is professionally decorated and offers five spacious bedrooms with private full baths, including a 4-bed bunk room for the kids. Sleeps 8 adults aside from the bunk room. Maximum guest capacity of 12. Resort passes will only be issued to registered guests staying at the home.

-Upstairs bunk room with 4 xl twin beds and full bath, curtained entry.
-Front porch facing private park across the street
-Private heated saltwater pool and spa in backyard with outdoor sound system, backing up to a Watercolor preserve
-Weber gas grill, lounge chairs and umbrella, outdoor shower
-Large screened porch adjacent to pool with full size dining table and chairs
-Six passenger Gem cart available for an additional $1200 per week

-Resort club fee is $1012 per week and includes:
Access to all 9 Watercolor pools, including Camp Watercolor with water slides and lazy river
Watercolor Beach Club and private beach entrance
The Boat House on Western Lake
Tennis and pickleball
-Resort passes are required at all Watercolor amenities for guests ages 5 years and older. You will receive an invitation from the Watercolor HOA asking you to complete registration for your resort access wristbands.

-2 auto parking passes. Driveway has maximum space for 2 vehicles plus golf cart; otherwise vehicles must be parked on community parking pads.
-6 beach bikes


To the Beach, Watercolor and Seaside:
-Walk, bike, or ride the golf cart less than one mile to either Watercolor Beach Club resort or the town of Seaside
-Watercolor Camp pool , lazy river, waterslide, and park activities are a 3 minute walk from home
-Publix grocery store is a short drive or 5 minute bike ride from home
-GEM low-speed vehicle seats six, is available to rent for an additional fee. This is a licensed vehicle that can be driven on roads with a speed limit of 30 mph or less.

Payment information: 50% deposit required upon reserving the property. 100% due 60 days prior to check in. No refunds after 60 days. A $250 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations.
ALL RENTALS ARE TO FAMILIES AND RESPONSIBLE ADULTS ONLY OVER THE AGE OF 30. No high school, college or civic groups, chaperoned or not, are permitted.

My family and I spent a week in this beautiful home and were so comfortable. Beverly was so quick to respond to any questions and very helpful with community activity suggestions. The home is a good size and very well maintained. I highly recommend this property if you really want to enjoy your time in Watercolor.

Heaven Can Wait - Perfect Family Vacation Home!
This property was everything promised and so much more! The age of our family members ranges from 10 to 70! Each and everyone had an incredible time. The home was clean and neat and included wonderful amenities. The spacious island kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances and the open kitchen/family room floor plan worked perfectly for our family. The private pool and bar-b-que grill were a hit too!The homeowners provided excellent detailed written instruction for check-in, check-out, and neighborhood amenities. We had a wonderful, memory-making vacation that will be fondly remembered for years to come. I highly recommend "Heaven Can Wait" for anyone wanting a combination of first class quality, location within the community, decor, amenities, and comfort! This property deserves 5+ STARS!

Mother , wife and grandmother. I was the person planning and paying for our trip!
Gas leak at the house. Neighbor called while we got our family out then we find out the owner knew about the leak. Our entire family was in that house !!!! No excuses for this to not be fixed !!!

Thank you for opening your gorgeous home to our family! As a design enthusiast, I was blown away by the your home’s beauty and interior design details. The layout worked perfectly for our family. Grandparents downstairs, kids and grands upstairs. Our grand daughters loved their bunk bed room! The location was perfect—one block from Camp Watercolor and an easy golf trip to Publix. This was our first trip to Watercolor and I was worried about being so far from the beach. But, with double red flags most of the week, we were able to enjoy all of the amenities this beautiful community offers. The best part was all of the fun memories made with our family!

Thanksgiving 2023
This home will not disappoint - it is luxurious yet comfortable, spacious and well-stocked with items that make it feel like home. Beverly promptly responded to the only question we had upon arrival, and our pre-trip communications were made easy through the VRBO app. Beverly even reached out before our arrival to see if there might be anything special needed for our Thanksgiving meal preparations to ensure that the home's kitchen would have everything we needed to celebrate the holiday there. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to stay in this home. We have spent 12 Thanksgivings on 30A, and this home ranks at the top of the list of properties we have rented in the area thus far. We absoultely would stay there again.

Perfection!!!
Staying at Heaven Can Wait was the best decision for this trip! The house is BEAUTIFUL inside and out. You can tell there was a lot of love put into making this feel like a home. We had more than enough room for our group and by the end of the week we all wished we could stay longer! The pool was a huge bonus and sitting on all the porches was very relaxing. It was a great location being close to the grocery store, yet right in the heart of the neighborhood where you could ride around and explore the pools and paths. Beverly was AMAZING and so helpful! It was such a relief to know we had a host that was available for any questions, we appreciated that so very much. We hope to be back, this place was such a gem!!!

This home exceeded our expectations! It is beautifully decorated and well stocked with amenities (dishwashing, laundry, bath soaps) until we had a chance to go to the grocery. Our family of 10 had plenty of room to sleep and spread out. Bev, the owner, was attentive and always available to answer any questions. We highly recommend this home for your vacation stay.

Absolutely stunning vacation home!
We had an amazing week together as a family in this beautiful Watercolor home. There were 14 in our family and each family had their own bedroom and bathroom, and the bunk room was just perfect for the 4 young girls in our group. The house is extremely well-appointed and beautifully decorated. The only challenge we encountered was the parking - we learned (after 3 citations) that we couldn't park our cars on the street in front of the house. We needed to move the cars in and out of the driveway to get the golf cart out. But would go back in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Watercolor vacation!
We had the best time on our vacation in Watercolor. The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 3 children. The backyard pool was perfect for our kids to play in. Camp Watercolor is soo close and we would walk there with our small kids. The home was well stocked and well cared for. Beverly was great with communicating and helping us plan all along the way. We would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Watercolor! For parents with small children I would mention that the curtains in the bedrooms are very high end and do a good job of minimizing early morning sun. We had a great experience.

Perfect Family Getaway
We had 6 adults and 4 children under 8 in the home and it was perfect!! Kitchen was wonderful for cooking and kids lived in the pool when we were at the house! We could walk to Camp Water Color!! It was a perfect beautiful place!!

OUTSTANDING!
This is the best quality house we have ever stayed at. There was a gracious amount of dishes, glasses, cookware, utensils, etc. I could go on and on about the quality of this home. High end appliances such as Wolf cooktop and oven, sub zero refrigerator, ice maker and wine cooler, Cuisinart coffee pot and Kruig coffee maker. Quality furniture, custom made drapes and bedding. The pool and spa were wonderful. The owners were just a text away and responded quickly. The Rosenmans know what they are doing with their rental and were so accommodating for our every need. We could not have had a better experience. Thank you for a great week!
