Great family friendly place to stay
Really enjoyed the property and convenient location. Our hot tub did not work but I didn’t communicate that until after we left. Hopefully will be fixed before next guests. Really loved the property. All the Beds were great too!

Comfortable base for 30a songwriter fest
Pretty much perfect location for 30a songwriter fest. Beds comfortable, plenty of hot water for shower, kitchen met all our needs. Nice living room to hang out in. Blue Mountain Beach laid back in a good way.

Great house and location in Blue Mountain Beach
The house was spacious and clean and a quick walk or golf cart trip to some great restaurants and shops. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the hot tub. It looked as if the water had not been changed prior to our arrival and there was a lot of debris inside. When the jets turned on, an awful chemical odor came out and made it unbearable. We immediately got out and showered. Beyond this small detail, we enjoyed the house and our stay. We would definitely rebook.

Property was as described, very nice, and great location. Hosts were very accommodating, very helpful. We had 6 adults (18-82) in our party and the home suited all. Nice walk to beach. Convenient to key 30A areas. Great horseshoe street neighborhood for walking dogs.

Beautiful Home
When they say under a mile from the beach - literally .75 miles from the beach. So if you're bringing the family and have a lot of things to bring to have a fun full day - MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A WAGON! It was a 20 minute walk to the nearest beach access, hauling all our stuff and the kiddos. Parking was available but ALWAYS packed. We were really looking forward to using the hot tub - but the water smelled bad and when the jets turned on the water was incredibly cloudy...so that was disappointing. Otherwise the house is beautiful, it worked for our needs as we spent the majority of our time on the beautiful beach! Close to a large grocery store. Short drive to Destin.

Rented for annual golf buddies trip!
Nice property for our golf trip. Not as clean as we would have liked. The dust on top of the refrigerator was thick enough to write your name in. The TV set in the living did not work properly. Apparently the FireStick used for streaming was either broken or so old that it was not compatible with the TV. We had swap it for the FireStick from the master bedroom TV. Otherwise the property was fine and convenient to the golf course that we were playing.

2020 Santa Rosa family trip
The house was great. I would have rated 5 star except for the access to the beach. While the walkway to the beach was not far the fact that we were not able to sit wherever we wanted was an issue. The area closest to the walkway was PRIVATE per the retreat so we had to walk down the beach to setup. We ended up driving to the public beach areas everyday.

Great accommodations to have the family together for a weekend of family time and a beach wedding. The house was a perfect size the location of the ceremony was only a half mile away. Thanks for allowing us to have our dog.

We had everything we could possibly want and need at the house! The property manager was so easy to get in touch with when we had questions during our stay. We loved staying here--it was well decorated, very well appointed, and the hot tub was sparkling and perfect. Checking in and out couldn't have been easier, and the owners were very responsive to the needs we had. Highly recommended!

Perfect place for a family vacation
Our family of 6 often spends part of our Christmas vacation exploring a warmer city. This year we visited Santa Rosa and stayed in this lovely house. Although the weather did not cooperate, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The hot tub was a big hit. The house was perfectly suited for families to gather in the kitchen or den area to visit or play games. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We especially appreciated the double waffle maker for late breakfasts. The community was very inviting and we used the 30A sidewalks often. We visited the unique restaurants and neat shops in Seaside and Rosemary Beach. This was another fantastic family trip. If the weather had cooperated, I'm not sure we would have left!
