DETAILS:
Located in the Crossing District of WaterColor, 12 Blazing Star Drive is a southern coastal dream featuring 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. This modern designer residence is approximately 2,604 square feet and beautifully nestled on the Dragonfly Park and just a quick walk to the neighborhood pool.

Boasting with hardwood floors throughout the first-floor level begins with a gorgeous gourmet kitchen featuring lavish quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, a premium gas stove and all stainless-steel appliances. Fit for a five-star chef every item was carefully thought out when stocking the kitchen from cutlery to endless gadgets to make whipping up a dish an adventure itself. A gorgeous custom dining room table will comfortably seat six with an additional seating for four at the kitchen island. Make your way over to the living room to find the perfect gathering spot to relax and watch your favorite film on the flat screen television. Enjoy the beautiful outdoors by entering out to the screened in porch that features ample seating and a spectacular view of the Dragonfly Park. Located at the back of the home is a convenient master bedroom featuring a king bed and private bathroom with a sizable walk in shower. Great House
Could not have been happier with this property. My wife, daughter (17), and son (14) loved it! Location was perfect to enjoy the beach and all the Water Color amenities. Property was as listed and then some. Very very clean and spacious. Area at night was extremely quiet which was definitely appreciated. Additionally, the staff was fantastic to work with throughout the whole process.

Perfect for bridal party!
This property was everything we hoped for & more! My best friend got married in Watercolor, and we used this house for the female members of the bridal party. This house was the perfect location for all of us to get ready on the morning of the wedding. The house is modern, gorgeous, and very clean! No complaints from anyone in our group.

Great weekend away!
I was worried about the location because we have stayed at other rentals in Watercolor closer to the beach. I wasn’t disappointed at all! The provided golf cart was a great addition to use for transport to the beach or the various pools and restaurants. We had one small issue with the outdoor outlet used to charge the golf cart not working. The management were prompt with their response, less than 5 minutes, and got a maintenance crew over within an hour on a Sunday to repair. A+++ from us!

We loved the property & the house was beautiful! We loved having a golf cart and bikes. It was nice to be away form the business of the beach & 30A. Beds are super comfortable & the kitchen had everything that we needed.The only issue was the refrigerator. It had to be looked a and fixed a few times while we were there. Just did not keep the food cold enough, however the property management was EXCELLENT with their promptness and everything was fixed. We could definitely sat again!

The property was spotless, layout was awesome, beds comfortable (yay for king suites!), location great, and communication with management excellent. The golf cart and bikes were super convenient. Wonderful Thanksgiving Week Stay
Property was wonderful for our late November visit to Watercolor. The home was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is ideal with quick access to all Watercolor amenities, the beach, Seaside town center and the supermarket. We went everywhere by bike or the golf cart. In fact, we parked the car when we got there and didn't use it until we left. I would highly recommend this home for a family trip to Watercolor!
