Have the perfect beach trip when you stay at our lovely craftsman style 2 level home, 'Sandy Feet', which is a short walk (.04 mile) on a paved path, or 1 minute drive to the well equipped public Ed Walline beach access near popular Shunk Gulley on 30a.

Stroll down to the beach to view the magnificient sunsets (or sunrises) at the most beautiful beach in the country. Enjoy dining at a various local restaurants, some of which are a very short walk from Sandy Feet.

*NEW* Less than one block from the house is the brand new FREE Walton County beach shuttle facility with routes servicing guests to and from various beach accesses along 30A, every 15 minutes all day long. So, you can skip the drive and leave your car parked at the house!

All public beach accesses have bathrooms, showers and lifeguards. Chair and umbrella rentals are available for our guests by the day or reserve for the week.

Our quiet 2 story, roomy beach house with over 70 5-star reviews sleeps 9 comfortably and has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. It has 2 designated parking places in the driveway. (If you need additional parking contact owner). It has a large, shady, private front porch, perfect for coffee, reading or happy hour.

It's professionally cleaned and eclectically appointed with many extras such as quality linens, fresh bedding and fluffy towels. The King master suite is located downstairs, along with the very well equipped kitchen, guest bathroom, great room and dining room. Upstairs features 2 oversized bedrooms; a lovely king suite and 2 queens.

We rent Saturday to Saturday (7 nights) during the summer season. During the off seasons, the area is a Snowbird Paradise! We offer lower rates (3 night minimum stay) duing the off season.

The lovely kitchen is fully equipped with stylish granite and stainless steel appliances and with plenty of pots, pans, Keurig, griddle, Crockpot, blender and cooking utensils. The dining table seats 6 plus there are 4 bar stools at a long, spacious bar. The great room goes out to the furnished, spacious and shady front porch. A full sized washer and dryer are on the main floor. A charcoal grill is provided, as well as a highchair.

Sandy Feet is a short walk to Shunk Gulley, a favorite local oyster bar and restaurant that overlooks the beach. It is also located near Grayton Beach, Seaside and Rosemary Beach, all located off of 30A, for those who want to venture out. Restaurants and bars within walking distance from the house range from seafood, gourmet, pizza and subs, and coffee shops. Shops, bike/board rentals, live music are all offered at various places located minutes from Sandy Feet. Walmart and Publix are located a couple of miles away.

There is a playground for kids under 12 on the church grounds across the street that is open to families to enjoy.

Sandy Feet is also near rare coastal dune lakes. The area boasts of state parks and natural preserves. This community is known for sugar sand beaches and tree lined streets. Enjoy 20 miles of bike and hiking paths and scenic shore lines. If you are a beach and nature lover, this spot is for you!

Golf at award- winning Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club, located within a mile from the house, as well as at San Destin Golf Resort which is a 15 minute drive. Shopping, amusements, and theaters are close by in Destin or Panama City. Panama City Beach, 40 minutes away. Destin, 15 minutes away.

Bedrooms feature: Master King Suite down stairs. One King in BR #2 and 2 Queens in BR#3, upstairs. Each bedroom has its own private bath and walk-in closet, and the downstairs master has a large tub, shower and walk-in closet. The house is equipped with wireless internet, TV, and and washer and dryer.

Extras also include: 4 beach chairs.

Wonderful House!

This was the third time we spent our Spring Break at Sandy Feet. We love it! We enjoyed the layout where we could all cook delicious seafood meals while visiting and watching the final four basketball. The porch is a lovely place to read. We could easily walk to the beach and ride our bikes from the home. The home is clean and comfortable! We will return soon!!!

Great House!

We spent last year's spring break at this house and we booked to stay again this year. We had a wonderful time! The house is clean and comfortable. The bedrooms are roomy and the beds are comfortable. We love the open floor plan. We all took turns cooking using the well-stocked kitchen and the charcoal grill in the back of the house. We enjoyed reading on the shaded front porch. The location is a short walk to the beach and to some restaurants. With our own bikes we hopped on the bike path that goes right by the house. We will definitely return!

This is the perfect location for busy summer months. It’s a quick walk to the beach and restaurants, but far enough from the crowded areas to feel quiet and private. Gary is a great host and the check in process is very simple.

Great location close enough to beach and shops

Gary was great host. Our group needed more parking and he had a plan for that. Quiet neighborhood just off a county road that has a great walking sidewalk to beach, and shops and restaurants. Kitchen has all the amenities for cooking just about anything. Great floor plan for 2 families as 2 bedrooms are basically master, plus 3rd bedroom and upstairs living room can sleep kids. Living area downstairs accommodated the 6 of us for meals and hanging out. Definitely will consider next trip to 30A!

A Santa Rosa Beach Delight

We haven't been to Santa Rosa Beach in a few years, and the area has certainly grown busier. The house was perfectly located to walk to restaurants and shops as well as the beach without having to jump into the crowds. When the house needed some emergency care, Gary was attentive and immediately resolved the unexpected repair. The space was just right for our family, with comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. Sandy Feet was delightful.

Perfect Property

We travel to Santa Rosa Beach every year (20 years) and we were very impressed with this property. It was very clean, spacious and had all of the amenities that we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked for any type of cook. We rented bikes and the path to the beach and Gulf Place was easy and accessible. The neighborhood was quiet. This location was great! The house was perfect for my family of seven. The master bedroom on the main floor was ideal for my elderly parents. The upstairs was roomy and had all the amenities needed. The front porch was a relaxing spot for afternoon reading. Would definitely stay again!

Fun at Sandy Feet

It was beautiful it surpassed our expectations. There was plenty of room for the six of us plus a 6 month old. The kitchen had all the things we needed to fix meals. I would love to stay there again and would recommend it to everyone.
