Off the first floor entrance is the second living room with a large flat-screen TV and space for everyone to hang out of the two bedrooms downstairs. The king primary bedroom is on the first floor with a private bathroom (shower only) and a private screened-in front porch with a swing overlooking shaded park-like views, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. The second bedroom downstairs features two twin beds. Off of the living room and bedrooms is an additional full bathroom with a shower only. Not enough room? The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for sleeping young children, perfect for young families!
Upstairs to the second floor, there is a recently renovated kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, a large double-door refrigerator, a farmhouse sink, and art glass pendant lighting. Adjacent to the kitchen is the preferred open floor plan with dining and an additional living area. The living area has a flat-screen TV and the dining area comfortably seats six. Off the living area is a screened-in second-floor porch with Adirondack seating for four with very private tree-lined views, the perfect outdoor spot for an evening nightcap. The third bedroom is located on the second floor and features a queen bed, a large mounted flat-screen TV, and a private full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
