Family place!
Inside of property was very clean. Great quiet neighborhood close to many attractions. Could have used more toiletries for a family of 6 staying for a week (shampoo, soap, toilet paper) but they did provide a little to get us started. The TV in the living room didn’t work but we were busy most of the time and didn’t need it. Bedroom TVs worked fine. Would definitely stay again! Thank you.

Gulf Gate Sarasota stay February 2020
We recently returned from our vacation staying at Judi’s home. We chose Gulf Gate because it’s near my Dad’s place. It’s also nice because we know the neighborhood having lived there for a few years. We stayed there from February 8-17 th. Judi was very kind even though my husband and I aren’t that technically savvy, her instructions were easy to follow and the house has everything you could want. Two large bedrooms and a pullout which we used. A heated pool which we used and all the channels you could want. My top priority is cleanliness and it was super clean. The furniture is very nice and the house was even nicer in person! Having a laundry is so great especially with three kids. If you are unfamiliar with Sarasota this property is a short drive to beaches, Downtown, and there is a grocery and shopping plaza right nearby. You won’t lack for anything. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Judi.

Our new favorite vacation home
This vacation home is our new favorite in the 14 years we have vacationed in the Siesta Key/Sarasota area! In particular, the kitchen was the best stocked of any home we have rented and the house was immaculately clean. With its private back garden, quiet neighborhood, proximity to amenities and the beach, we felt at home immediately. The owner was so helpful and prompt responding to our questions - providing great recommendations on restaurants, craft breweries and activities nearby. We hope to return soon and rent this home again.

Absolutely amazing property!
My husband, kids, and I could not have been any more pleased with the property than what we were! We absolutely loved it! It was by far the best facility that we have ever stayed in for vacation! It was absolutely clean in every room from the time we arrived! I fell in love with the home owner's choice of decor! We can't wait to return next year!! The pool was an amazing addition that suited our family very well too!! The home owner was very accommodating to us and we were very appreciative of that! Highly recommend this property for your stay in Sarasota!! Only negative- we had to come home!!

Lovely home in Sarasota
We enjoyed our stay at this house. We definitely wished we could stay longer. If only our schedule allowed! The rental company was very communicative. They even checked in part way through our stay. The pool was lovely, but the surrounding deck was a little narrow. We just watched where we were going and it was fine. We had a little trouble remembering that there was a step-down/up to the dining area. Certainly our own fault, but it wasn't fun tripping up or down! The only downfall, really, was a few spots that weren't clean. We reported it for the next people. It wasn't something that ruined our stay.

Amazing house close to the beach!
We stayed in this home for 5 days and it was perfect for us! Very close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. The pool was amazing and they had everything we needed for the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Wonderful experience and we will definitely stay again!

Great beach house in good location!
We stayed in this house for 1 week and were very pleased! This is probably one of the cleanest beach houses we have stayed in. It was very centrally located to all the beaches and shopping. The amenities were great too, they included two bikes, four beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys. We didn’t need to rent anything, it was very nice. The pool was so relaxing- the enclosure was great and kept the pool very clean and we loved the covered patio and grill. Would 100% stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. When we arrived, Judi, the owner met us and walked us through the house. She explained the TV, thermostat, pool heater, etc. We were also surprised to find a bottle of wine chilling and cheese and crackers. The house was very clean and very well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with small appliances and utensils. Best wine cork I have used in a very long time. Each time we reached out to Judi for suggestions or advice she replied within the hour, sometimes immediately. We highly recommend this house.
