The main floor of the house is centered around the large kitchen and the custom wood island that seats six. The open floor plan allows for guests to visit while cooking, reading a book on the couch, or watching one of the 55" plus TVs (one is located in the master suite). Located just off the kitchen through a butler's pantry is the formal dinning room which seats eight. Continuing on with the formal charm of the house is a sitting parlor perfect for adult conversations and sipping spirits. A final touch on this fantastic location is the ability to park off street. The paved driveway holds four cars and if overflow is needed street parking is available at a first come first serve basis.
