For charging the $75 pet fee. There was not a designated area for dogs outside. When we asked, was told anywhere there is grass. Pet waste dispenser remained empty entire time we were there. Tv options were terrible. Selections were awful and no way to stream from your phone. For the money charged for the room, we expected better

The hotel is newly remodeled and the room was spacious and clean. It’s also a short walk to the free ferry boat. But the is a huge amount of construction going on all around the hotel. Which makes it difficult to walk to the hotel. Our room was on the 2nd floor which is actually street level. The room was 10 feet from the main road. There was car noise and loud people walking past our room all night long. Early in the morning construction trucks began driving to the hotel to start their work. I called the front desk at 8:00 am to ask for a change of room. They said the would check and call back in 10 minutes. We never heard back from them. I went to the front desk 2 hours later to ask to they told me they were still looking for a room and that they would get in touch. They never called. They never moved us and didn’t provide any sort of compensation. The front desk had no costumer service at all.

We absolutely loved our stay! The kids had an amazing time on the rooftop while we waited for our food. The DJ was incredibly kind and interacted with them, which was such a nice touch. Our room offered a beautiful view, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. I also really appreciated being able to send a text with a request and receiving an immediate response. It made the experience even more seamless and enjoyable!

Excellent customer service at this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is located within perfect walking distance of downtown Savannah. We ended up parking our rental car and never using it. They also do a great job cleaning, better than a lot of hotels since Covid hit.

Everything was wonderful. There was construction next door so a bit noisy. The hotel itself was beautiful and the area very active. The roof top bar and live entertainment was great.
