Property is in renovated building in a great area with lots of shops, restaurants and tourist sights and lovely neighborhoods. Apartment was well appointed and large and clean. HOWEVER- major construction going on below building that starts around 7 AM until almost 8 PM! There is no front desk or phone number so all communication must be through chat on their personal app which you must download to to contact them. You must also keep several passwords to gain access. To their credit , I was offered $75 credit and they agreed to one hour late check out (waived $20 fee) but they could not move me to a quieter unit ( if one existed) and only offered to move me to another Sonder location and charge me difference for the larger apt. Not happy with this stay at all because there was no peace until evening. They said it was mentioned on their website but if it had been obvious I never would have stayed there. Also only way to access elevator with your bags or avoid steep stairs is through dirty alley in back of building. Not ideal. Also if you like grey minimalist decor with really ugly artwork on walls this place is for you!

Good option
Good place in a good location. It could use some touch up painting, and the shower curtain has to be moved away from the shower to allow for more space, so one wouldn’t keep touching it with their body while showing, since that’s quite nasty. Also there’s barely any space on the other side of the bed to walk through, the bed should be moved. Otherwise, all is good, would stay here again.

It was totally different than the usual Check in process at most hotels. Everything was by emails unless you can’t figure things. No reception available in person and entrance was accessible through back door in ally. Totally different but the person I. Called for help was extremely helpful and friendly.

So to be fair I didn’t read the fine print. No front desk at all but that’s ok until the last day when you don’t want to cart your luggage around. The location is perfect. It’s quiet on the third floor but the floors make noise. Awesome hotel . I would recommend. The AC is awesome and the place was a perfect location. I would stay there again .
