The Space:
Our Tattnall St. townhouse is a beautifully restored two bedroom structure offering the perfect combination of privacy, quiet luxury, and easy access to our beautiful historic city.

Dogs are allowed at the property with prior permission, but cannot be left unattended in the property due to noise disturbances (barking).

Upstairs features two bedrooms, both with king size beds and two full ensuite baths along with generous closet space.

There is a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Complete with courtyard and off street parking, this well appointed townhouse is sure to please in this quiet neighborhood tucked away in the historic district. Rise with the sun and go for a jog in Forsyth Park with the other early risers or relax in your own sunny courtyard with a hot cup of coffee. Stroll down Tattnall St. to Chatham Square surrounded by the history and charm of the surrounding antebellum neighborhood. Easy walking distance to City Market and River St. and all points of interest in the historic district as well as the Visitors Center just across Martin Luther King Blvd. Catch the water ferry to the Convention Center on Hutchinson Island or drive to the golden beaches of Tybee Island just fifteen minutes away.

Milestone Birthday Staycation
As vacationers who became locals, we had stayed at this wonderful townhome before & knew it was the perfect place to celebrate birthdays! Having 2 bedrooms both with King beds & on suites was awesome. The townhome was close enough to everything but far enough away from the hustle & bustle for a good nice sleep. Off street parking for 2 vehicles was great. Highly recommend this townhouse for anyone looking to stay in Savannah!!

Great Time Down South
The property was fine. We found it to be clean and an enjoyable place to stay. It seems VRBO suits us better when staying with friends and/or relatives, and the quaint style of this unit was nice. It does have some of the issues any older house might have, but nothing to really complain about. The location was good with respect to where all the activity is and having parking spaces allotted is a real plus in Savannah. We would stay there again..

Perfect Spot in Savannah
We had a great stay at this two bedroom townhouse near Forsyth Park. Has two parking spaces which was nice as we were able to park the car and then walk everywhere. Loved the location and the two master suites.

Perfect location
Our stay at this property was perfect. The location of the property was in walking distance to everything we wanted to visit. The home has two master suites. We only needed to use one and the bed was very comfortable. The furnishings were also nice. The kitchen, although small, had everything we needed to prepare meals as needed. We would definitely rebook this property when returning to Savannah.

Such a comfortable, roomy place. 2 nice sized bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs. Really enjoyed staying here and seeing the sights in Savannah. Location is great! Forsyth Park is very close and easy to walk to. Quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved how convenient this place was to Savannah's lovely squares. Easy to get around and grocery store nearby. The place is nicely appointed and well stocked kitchen. Many of the niceties that make a stay even better. I would absolutely stay there again.

Cute place to stay
Loved the Town home. Very convenient to everywhere. We did have to move our car a few times to get to the River Front. But it was not that far. A younger person could walk it, no problem. Everything was very neat and clean. I am very picky about that. They did a great job.

Great Place in Savannah
My fried and I were very happy with our stay in Savannah. Tattnall is so conveniently located. One day we walked down to the river through all the squares. It only took about 30 minutes and was lovely. We had a car but only used it to go to the grocery store and visit the plantation. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely home in great area!
The home was comfortable, well appointed and within walking distance to all of our activities. However, we ended up using Uber often because it was unseasonably hot. It was inexpensive since the bnb is so close to downtown. Loved the lack of expectations from owner-no stripping beds or washing towels. Bedrooms were nice and beds comfortable. I believe both had TVs. Living areas also very comfortable. While you may have hints from the pictures online, the home decor is almost vintage. We guessed mid-1980’s. But impeccably maintained so it was quite fun. The check in/out process was a bit cumbersome, but only due the the mechanism for retrieving the keys. Otherwise all went quite well. Would love to go back!

Fun week in Savannah!
It was a nice location and a good space for the three of us. I was traveling with my two children and it rained a lot (which kept us inside more than I had planned) but the place was great for us to enjoy some tv, board games, etc. I’m also glad it has a washer and dryer to do laundry so I didn’t have to pack any wet clothes for the trip home. We were visiting from the Atlanta area for a dance competition at the civic center downtown Savannah. This location was close enough to walk if the weather is nice, but the neighborhood is pretty residential so we mostly drove visitors center area and walked to places from there…so I loved having parking at the rental location, but it didn’t save me $$ from feeding the meters parking downtown near the shopping and restaurants. I would definitely rent this location again on another visit in the future if it’s available!

Great location
Overall a great place to stay. Unit was easy to find and clean. Convenient to walk the historic district and to River Street. Everything you need to enjoy your stay. One of the biggest perks is the dedicated off-street parking for the unit. Communication with the owner is great. No problems with check in. Definitely recommend this rental and would stay again.

Perfect for us!
The two master bedrooms were perfect for two couples in town for a college graduation. Two sitting areas made it possible for TV watching and conversation at the same time. A well equipped kitchen made meal preparation easy. An excellent location encouraged sightseeing, e.g., Tybee Island seemed just minutes away (go to the lighthouse and Fort Pulaski). We could walk to the river in 20 minutes or so (and we're "seniors") or just walk around the beautiful historical neighborhood. And the frosting on the cake.....2 parking spaces!! Just perfect.

Lovely and Convenient
We have stayed here twice and totally enjoyed each time. The carpet has a few stains and some of the furniture is showing wear but the home is clean and charming and so very convenient to everything. Having 2 parking spaces is such a bonus. We plan to return soon.

Our stay at the Tattnall property was quite enjoyable! The location worked out wonderfully, as we could walk to River Street and Forsyth Park, and everywhere in-between. The accommodations fit our needs, especially having more than one full bathroom.

Friends Getaway
This house is truly a Treasure! The house has absolutely everything you need including laundry pods and dryer sheets. The two bedrooms with attached bathrooms were perfect for my friend and I and the parking in the back was a plus. The home is within blocks of so many things to see and so walkable. Loved walking to Crystal Beer Parlor for dinner. Oh yum they have really good food and it’s 2 blocks from the house We didn’t want to leave this home. It was an amazing stay. So cozy and on quiet street. Clean and perfect location! I think we will be back!
