Fire place didn’t work they sent a couple of people to look at it and they took the grills/cover off and just left it on the floor also had to call several times to get bed sheets for the sofa bed.

Hotel is nice, the fire place in our room didn’t work, they sent a couple of people to look at it and they took the grills off and just left it on the floor, and we also had to call up several times to get bed sheets/covers for the sofa bed.

Lovely place. The lobby is so welcoming and lovely. The staff is attentive. I booked a small suite, which was comfortable and has a very large television LOL. This hotel is definitely going on my list of places to stay when I visit Seattle.

Close to downtown, fully stocked, host was quick to respond, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, laundry detergent, I could go on.. parking suggestions would have helped, especially when arriving after dark.. no access to garage or driveway, street parking is limited after 4.. there's a small church parking lot at the end of the alley that I found to be a n ok spot.. that was my only gripe.. we stayed for the week and it felt like home! We loved it, and we'll be back

The only complaint would be that they were super booked and our room wasn’t ready until 5pm however besides that everybody was excellent n super accommodating and of course our room was amazing!!! They even let us stay until 1pm :)
