Nearly great but needs some attention
This hotel has such great potential. I loved the location and the gated/secured parking. The rooms looked liked they were rushed to get the hotel open/renovated. Sloppy painting, flooring & more. The bed was cozy but a little tlc and attention to some details in the room would go a long way to making this a must stay for budget conscious travelers.

Pretty rundown outside in a crappy part of town. They’re trying to remodel the rooms but they’re still low grade.

Located close to convention center and walkable to Pike Place market. Facility is dated and heat did not reach the bedroom and had to sleep with a winter coat as a blanket. Alley behind building was very loud. Over several days heard and saw a dump truck just outside my window which was insanely loud (at 4am and 9pm. Made no sense).

So they are revamping this place. Cutting a lot of corners along the way. One being the window blind was about 10 inches to short and for some reason they thought this would be ok. It’s not. I woke up at 2am to catch some guy standing there watching me sleep I guess. Super creepy.

During my stay at this place they were in the middle of remodeling the hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They have free parking within the building which it makes a big difference. Hotel is very affordable for being in downtown. Overall, I think is a great place to stay.

It’s warm and comfortable
If you are looking for a clean and safe space. Then this hotel will suffice. If you are looking for high end luxury…this place is not it. However, it is cozy and warm. The staff for the most part is friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and allowed kept our luggage in storage.

“Concierge” was “asleep” at 7AM at desk on a Sat.
Front desk guy was “Asleep” at front desk when I went to get coffee at 7AM. Must have had a long night. Was still wearing beer shirts from last night. Batteries were missing from remotes and front desk didn’t have any extra. But, for $120 on a Friday night, you get what u pay for. Also, bed was on wheels.
