We were able to check in early, which was great. Since we just got off from cruise. Check in process was quick. Our room was spacious and comfy. Great neighborhood within walking distance to Pike place and space needle. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a good location and the room was very nice--on the 8th floor in the back so no street noise. However, the HVAC was extremely noisy and we had to keep it turned off. Our room was never serviced. The 1st morning we declined room service, the 2nd morning we asked for it. At 2pm, our room hadn't been cleaned and we asked again. It was never cleaned. The bed was comfortable but, like many hotels, the comforter and mattress pad were filled with feathers, down or similar which made sleeping uncomfortably hot.

Staff couldn't find my reservation even though i gave my ID. I even spelled my name. He was confused! Check in took a while The bellboy aka hotel porter was very helpful. He brought our luggages from taxi to our room.

Perfect location for us to quickly and efficiently get to the port for our cruise. The staff was the best part of the hotel. Very kind and friendly. Shout out to Jordan the doorman. He was amazing and super helpful!! Would consider staying again just to see him again!

Everything was good, everything was clean, working properly, etc. only thing was the price was quite high for what it was, plus the additional cost for valet parking as self parking was not available made this stay seem overpriced.
