The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Check in was a breeze. There are a lot of amenities that we would have loved to use but we were only there one night. (Pickleball courts, mini golf ect) their gym and hot tub very nice. The grounds are very well maintained..the room was clean, the beds comfy and their soaps and lotions they provide smell so good. My only complaint is that the rooms are very outdated and could have softer pillows. We had a 2 bedroom and it was very spacious and comfortable. Had a little kitchenette and a nice table so we were able to play cards at night. I wanted to give 5 stars for everything but to be fair the rooms really need some updates. If they updated the rooms I would say 5 star for everything. I would stay here again and highly recommend. It would be a great place for kids.

Interiors were clean, sounds like they get a face lift soon. Location was great. Amenities were nice such as pool, sauna, and steam room. Staff were exceptionally courteous.

Loved how quant the environment was in and around the property. Its within 3-5 min walk to Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village which means variety of dining too. The property is almost pitch black at night - made it somewhat a challenge to learn the property at night. The room wasnt bad at all, except if you're on the 1st floor - then you hear anyone on the upper floors walking. But overall very nice - will be back again, but may ask for a 2d floor next time.

Property grounds are older, but we thought they were beautiful. The property is extremely convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. The property is being updated currently so we look forward to seeing the improvements. The only complaint was the very loud noises that took place well into morning hours above us two nights in a row. We notified staff, but the noise continued.

I loved the suite, had everything and was super clean. I also loved the river area, all the nature. I only have 1 suggestion. A map od Sedona as well as information on the amenities. I would of maybe played Putt Putt if I had known. I also discovered the river. Aside from that beautiful property and friendly staff

I chose to stay at Los Abrigados because of its central location. There were two good restaurants on the property that were easy to walk to, and it was adjacent to the Tlaquepaque Plaza with shops and more restaurants. I felt comfortable staying there by myself, and it was very quiet and restful. The room was a little outdated, but did not impact my stay at all.
