"Breathtaking View" is located in the prestigious Legacy Mountain Resort. The Resort is conveniently located about 13 miles from downtown Gatlinburg. And just 8 miles to the Pigeon Forge Parkway. As you ascend Legacy Mountain, take note of the beauty all around you. The views in Legacy Mountain are in our opinion some of the best views of Mount LeConte and the Smoky Mountains.

"Breathtaking View" has something for all ages. There is so much to do in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg that you will need to come back again and again. But, do try to schedule some time to relax on one of the two spacious decks overlooking those beautiful Smoky Mountains.

"Breathtaking View" includes modern amenities such as:

When you arrive at your Smoky Mountain Vacation Home, you will be greeted by a beautiful log cabin with sensational curb appeal. And once you enter the door, you will be wowed by the gorgeous interior. You will enter your home away from home through the galley kitchen that has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and custom cabinetry built by the owner.

The open floor plan of the living room and dining room will have you enjoying your Smoky Mountain Vacation from your first moments. The tongue and groove walls and ceilings really are the perfect backdrop for the beauty of this cabin. There is a rustic yet elegant wood dining room table that seats 6-8.

"Breathtaking View" is the perfect place to reconnect with family and friends. You may choose to challenge your family members to a game of pool in the lower-level game room. Or let your children play with the gaming system so you can relax on the deck. The hot tub is a great way to end a fun filled day exploring the Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg area.

There is a private king master suite on each of the two main floors. There is a loft with two twin beds and a futon serving as a third bedroom.

This cabin is located on a dead-end street which means less traffic and less distractions from your leisure time.

Legacy Mountain Resort has an amenities center with a fireplace. There is no fire pit at the cabin. You are welcome to bring your own wood and have a fire up at the amenities center.

The distance to local attractions by the map on VRBO is in miles "As a crow flies".

Wonderful cabin

We really enjoyed our stay at the Breathtaking View cabin. It was clean and even decorated for Christmas! We really appreciated that it was decorated - it really set the tone for a great holiday with our daughter and her husband. I can't say enough about the views. They were truly magical. The cabin is very well equipped and the beds were really comfortable. I can't think of anything that was missing. We hope to return soon. I would highly recommend this cabin!

Magnificent view

We really loved the cabin and the view. We played pool annd pac-man and sat outside. Beautiful weather. The kitchen is well stocked. There’s extra blankets. The beds were comfy. It was pretty clean. The cleaning people forgot a dirty towel and wash cloth hanging on the back of the door downstairs. And I wish the hot tub was bigger. It fit 2 comfortably. When 3 got in it overflowed. And we aren’t very big people. The darts need replaced. Only 3 will work on the board. And the pool table needs vaccumed. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. I only mentioned the smaller things so that the owner knows. Great cabin!

The views didn’t disappoint

Probably the best view in all of the Smoky Mountains! The cabin was clean and spacious. No matter where you were, you had a a view. The property was beautiful and it is a short drive to all the attractions. We will definitely stay there again. Mary Beth was fantastic. I made a mistake with my booking dates and she fixed it right up for us. Great owners. Thank you.

Breathtaking view is accurate!

The cabin was wonderful. The view was spectacular. We loved the hot tub, pool table, wii and arcade game machine. We had two smaller kids (5 and 7) who planned on sleeping in the loft in the bunkbeds but the stairs are steep and stagered so they had to sleep in the king beds with the adults. Not a problem for us this time since the dads couldnt come this trip so the moms had plenty of space left in beds! Overall we had a great time and cant wait to go back!

Beautiful property

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The area was so busy during our stay that some of our favorite times were sitting on the beautiful deck chatting and drinking coffee. The kids were never bored there was so much to entertain them here. Plenty of space for everyone; Would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area!

Amazing view!

The view from just about every window is so beautiful. While the other cabins are close together, there was never any issues with noise. The cabin itself was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome (and Breathtaking) Views

The cabin was exactly as pictured. My husband and I -- both in our mid-70's -- enjoyed four wonderful days here. We enjoyed Smoky Mountains NP as well as the area. Our favorite "activities" were enjoying our morning coffee and evening wine on the deck. Truly - our #1 criteria for choosing a place to stay was having a mountain view that we could enjoy. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg would have appealed to us more when our kids were young. The cabin is nicely and comfortably furnished. That said, the bed on the main level was so high we BOTH needed step stools to boost ourselves up. Any family looking for a convenient, comfortable, lovely place to stay would enjoy Breathtaking View. And a word of advice: DO pay attention to the packing list provided by the owner.

Outstanding Vacation Property!

Breathtaking View is aptly named! The view of the mountains is unbelievable. The pictures don't do it justice. The cabin is located in a resort. The drive up the mountain was paved and safe and easy to navigate. The cabins are far enough apart to maintain privacy. It was a quiet setting and very relaxing. The cabin itself was remarkable. It had everything we needed and then some. It is a quick 10-15 minute drive from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and anything you could need. There was good communication from the owners. This place was all pros and no cons! We would definitely recommend and will stay again!

Amazing Mountain Getaway

Not only is the property the perfect size, but it has the perfect views. We walked up to the peak and I think our cabin had some of the best veiwing overall. Location was perfect for doing relaxing stay in days and going out and adventuring in nearby Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Right next to Smokey Mountain National Park. I would have stayed forever if allowed. There was enough kid friendly fun in the cabin and space to allow adult relaxation. We plan to return if we come back to the area!

Great property!

The cabin was well-equipped with everything you could need! The pool table and arcade games were huge hits with our kids. The cabin was spacious and clean, although could use a deep clean for dust, windows and the hot tub. We would definitely consider staying again! The property was convenient to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg!

Spring break

Cabin was great. My girls loved thr hot tub, they were in it every day. They enjoyed the gameroom as well. And let's just say the name of this cabin is accurate! The view is breathtaking!
