Boasting over 1,700 square feet, flat parking for 3 vehicles (depending upon size), screened-in porch, game room, wifi throughout the cabin and a tranquil creekside setting, Serenity Creek is sure to become your new favorite Smoky Mountain Getaway!

Enter into the cabin and you will find the living area, with cabin perfect furnishings including a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations! The seasonal wood-burning fireplace is perfect for those cozy winter nights in, or grab some popcorn and settle in for a movie night in the comfort of your very own “home away from home” in the Smokies! Meal preparations have never been easier in the fully equipped kitchen! Plenty of counter and cabinet space, all major appliances, cookware, and tableware are furnished so feel free to whip up a culinary delight even the pickiest of eaters will enjoy! The pub table just off the kitchen area offers seating for 4 while a more formal dining area offers seating for 8! You will also find two bedrooms with king-size beds, attached bathrooms (one with a tub/shower combo, the other with a walk-in shower), and TVs welcoming you to rest after a long day of sightseeing!
The game room offers a foosball table, large flat screen TV, twin bunks and a comfortable sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations!

It was okay but could of been better , needs to be cleaned better , we found dead mouse in the house upon arrival , also could do all the paperwork online to avoid the extra hour long drive to the property

Home was apparently in very good shape at one time but it now looks very worn. Pictures made it look much better than it really was. Dishwasher was broken and not dealt with by management.

Property was nice, however no heat,cell service or wifi . When i did talk with Property manager, asked why i didn't call. There was no cell service at all. Even with my mobile hot spot.. There was nothing on thermostat to turn on heat, very musty smell.

Great Location, older house/cabin

I loved this place because of the location in the woods.The front porch was perfect for relaxing in the morning with a cu of coffee before the kids work up. However, it rained the entire week we were there except the last day. I don’t think the cabin had been opened all winter when we arrived in June. It smelled musty and was not cleaned very well. The grounds had not been up kept hardly at all. You can tell this place was loved very much in its time. Possibly a family vacation home. The front porch screen needs repair plus they were green in more than 1 place.

Weekend getaway

House was good. Easy to find. It needs updating for sure but it’s nice. Living room furniture was comfortable. There were a few items left from previous guest. Front porch was dark. Seriously need a Gardner outside to thin out the brush so we could see the creek. Kitchen was loaded with everything you need.

Could've been cleaner

There was blueberry pie leftover in windowsill, old bag of mini oreos on floor, shower wouldn't shut off (would've thought that would've been noticed if it had been cleaned), no directions for wi-fi and ledge in other bathroom was very dusty (again if it had been cleaned....) Loved the cabin in general though. Great location.

Calming outdoor spaces

Enjoyed the outdoor areas. Creek, hot tub & porch were relaxing. Lots of space indoors but not as clean or well maintained as could have been. Lots of lights out. Shower didn’t work in bedroom where the suspended ceiling was about to fall. There was a dirty wet cleaning towel left on the couch. On of the kids stepped on a nail that was sticking up on the threshold between kitchen and living room.

Disappointed with misrepresentation

I booked this cabin a couple months in advance before going on Valentine’s Day. I searched rooms forever. All we wanted was a hot tub and a pool table so we could spend most of our time at the cabin and not have to go out very much. When we arrived there was no pool table. I went back to the screenshots I took of the cabin and it definitely had on in the back room. So when I called the office they said well there are no pictures of a pool table on there now so don’t know what you want us to do. I explained to them I know they just took the pictures off of there but I have the screenshots. They refused to help us at all. A manager never called to check in with us or our complaints. I understand they couldn’t switch us cabins because everything was booked up, but it was very disappointing that they didn’t care some of their owners misrepresent their properties.

I liked that the property was next to a running stream. It was very relaxing. The property was very welcoming. The only problem was there was no phone service. It was a dead zone. The wifi didnt connect to the phones. We had to leave and go into town for phones to work. If there was an emergency, there was no way of contacting anyone for help.
