The Villas were a wonderful place to stay. The kitchen was well stocked and the patio was amazing. The location is great, close to lots of good restaurants. We only ate at the Sports Bar on-site and it was okay, but they have quite a few restaurants. The pool bar was nice and Minerva was a super fun bartender.

The bathrooms within the facility were extremely clean. Very impressed. The wait staff at the beach bar were great. Very responsive and friendly. You can tell they enjoy their job. Great place. Stayed here numerous times and will continue to do so.

Nice place, great beach very close. The rooms are nice and spacious. The building is old but ok good shape. Didn’t like the fact the you can smoke cigars in the pool and surrounding areas. Its smell horrible for those who don’t want to smoke. In my opinion that shouldn’t be permitted.

10/10 This property was everything and more. The staff was friendly, kind, extremely helpful, and always smiling. I just visited Villas at Simpson Bay for my birthday last week and I’m so happy I chose this resort. Any questions I had there was always someone who answered it and gave me additional information to make sure I was more than ok. The resort was a 15-20 mins drive to most places but also walking distance to a lot of other places which I loved. I slept so good on the bed and my view from my balcony was amazing. I didn’t have to lift a finger the entire time. I picked the perfect place to celebrate another year of life. I’m so grateful to everyone I encountered. My one & only con is that an upgrade to the bathroom is needed very outdated specifically the shower & bathtub!! Loveeeee this resort will definitely stay here on my next visit!!!

Had an incredible time. You can tell the property is old but very well maintained. There was always someone available to help. I did not eat on the property because a lot of the highly recommended restaurants were walking distance. Pool bar was great, Minerva was great company definitely an added bonus to the experience. This is not a party hotel, it’s a very rest and recharge space, so you won’t find loud kids, drunks, loud music etc. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay. We will definitely be back! The villas are cozy, spacious, and clean. As someone who hates dirty hotels, my expectations were met with ease. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We fell in love with the pool bartender, Minerva! She was kind, god-fearing, and hilarious. We loved our breakfast served, Pat (Patricia), who made us laugh and kept it real. Great people, doing great work.
