Everything was excellent. Staff was very friendly and the room was great. Had enjoyed staying here and the breakfast has so much option. The location is great as you are in the central place of everything and walking distance to multiple MRT stations.

All good, im a regular, but only once, the room 1341 toilet has some unpleasant odor, i think maybe the plumbing pipe issue or needing stronger ventilation. Otherwise everything else was perfect

Perfect weekend at this hotel with family
From the check-in to the end, the service of this hotel is too notch. The person who checked us in, Amirul, was professional and helpful when we had a bit of a hiccup with my family's travel plans change. It wouldn't do him any justice if I didn't mention him as he has made our trip relaxing and fuss-free despite the travel plan changes of one of our family members. Excellent service and we are ever so grateful.
