The breakfast was good, a little disappointed that they didn’t have any drivers available to pick me up at my terminal but understandable since it was so late at night.
The service was excellent! A concern I saw come up in some other reviews was that it’s hard to find the property. If you go to any information desk at changi airport (granted you’re flying into Singapore) they’ll arrange for a pickup service which was very helpful especially since I was checking in late at 3:30 AM. If you’re able to call the hotel yourself I’m sure they’d handle it. The staff were so professional, they even offer a wake up service. There’s a spacious workspace lounge alongside the regular lounge with plenty of comfortable chairs, tables and TVs. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. I don’t ever even write reviews but my experience was so great. Thanks so much!

Booked for a night only to find out they charge in blocks of 6 hours. Complete scam.
This was in the fine print not on the cover page.
I order an over night stay which said from the 17th-18th for$80. I arrive there and they say I can only stay 6 hours max unless I pay another $80 or I get kicked out at 9pm. So I ended up paying $160 for 12 hours in a little box room which now lead me to the time of 3am in the morning where I’d have to pay even extra $$$ to stay until 5:30am when I needed to leave.
The property was very difficult to find by foot. I had a 24 hour layover in Singapore and thus was too early to check in to my next flight. As a result I was not able to access the property from within arrivals/transfers. Accessing the property from the outside by foot was difficult and involved me walking across two car parks at night and then crossing a busy street without a sidewalk or proper crossing. I wish this complication had been made clear prior to me booking. I also wish the instructions for accessing the property had been more straightforward. That being said the property itself was very nice and I have no complaints about my stay once I was actually able to find the place ...

Actually I cannot reach to hotel by taxi. Two taxi drivers do not know the hotel JetQuay. Finally I asked the Airport information people to help.
They are very much kind and they called JetQuay and I can reach by hotel car.

The service was exceptional. They picked me up from the airport to the hotel on my arrival and sent me to the airport on my departure in a Mercedes Benz. Free and great breakfast. The hotel employees were very helpful. They answered all my questions.
The hotel was quiet, friendly staff who went above and beyond. The service attendant Jay Van Bay gave us a 5 star service from the beginning to the end of our stay.
The shower facility is a shared bathroom. Towels are not available in the shower and must request for towel at the front desk.

tiny rooms - almost like cubicle
no in room bathroom facilities and this was not highlighted
difficult to access. theres no way of getting from the terminal to the CIP complex where the property is. as it is secured within a guarded complex
