Summary:
Experience the magic of this season's North Topsail Beach - where every wave tells a story and every sunset paints a masterpiece.
Hurray! You've found us!!! Now come check us out! We're right across the street from the beach access and we've got amazing views of the ocean! This is a spacious 2 bedroom unit (with ample 2 car parking!), hardwood and carpet floors, large bathroom, kitchen with ALL the appliances and a huge living/dining room. BIG Roku smart TV to stream whatever you desire and

The Space:
We're locate on the second floor of a small, private 6 unit complex.
There's a large space that encompasses the living/dining/kitchen with a huge Roku smart tv, comfy couches, table and kitchen bar seating, plus a surprisingly spacious kitchen. Plus SUNLIGHT! SUNLIGHT! SUNLIGHT! Our sliding glass doors in the living room lead right out onto the deck and overlook gorgeous ocean views!
The master is roomy, with it's own closet, queen bed and 32" roku smart tv. It has a private entrance out to the big deck with amazing views!
There's also a big bathroom with tub-shower.
The 2nd bedroom sleeps 3 with a bunk bed and additional twin!
Outside there are 2 large enclosed showers with hot water to shower off the sand from the beach (which is RIGHT across the street!) It's the perfect vacation space!

Guest Access:
Access is easy-breezy - NO KEYS TO LOSE! You will have your own unique access code good for the duration of your stay. No worries about going extra places to get keys or having to make beds on your own. Simply show up for your vacation, instant access, beds made - time to RELAX!

The Neighborhood:
Topsail Island is the perfect getaway. There's tons to do on those rainy days because you won't want to leave the beach on the sunny ones!
Beautiful Wilmington is a scant 40 miles to the south with plenty of things to do like Museums, Battleship North Carolina, Fort Fisher Aquarium & Restaurants! Perfect to check out on a rainy down-day.
Jacksonville is 20 miles to the north. We're close to LeJeune's south gate.

Other Things to Note:
There is a coin operated laundry located in the building. There is not a washer/dryer in the unit itself.
We have 4 other 2 bedroom units in the building that each sleep 5, plus another 1 bedroom that sleeps 4. Contact us if you need more space!

This place is a bit run down. And falling apart. There was black mold in the ceiling and around shower in bathroom. It has a beach access vey close and on a no outlet street, so traffic was minimal. We had a great time. This place just need a little TLC and would be great.

Pros and cons… Pros: Close walk to the beach, very affordable for a last minute planned trip over thanksgiving, the queen bed was comfortable, it had all the kitchen appliances and things we needed, everything was pretty clean, tv worked good, enough parking for our big SUV and our trailer, shower was good, easy to communicate with the property owners. They responded immediately and willing to fix anything we needed or answer questions. The washer and dryer were downstairs and only $1.50 and $1.00 so that was nice. Cons- You can tell it’s dated… cabinets messed up, blinds broke, mold around the outside of the tub. It really was pretty clean but there was what looked like poop smeared on the wall by the toilet. The worst part was there were these pokey sticker things ALL in the carpet and my kids and us kept stepping on them and my kids would cry and cry. I would have to dig them out of being embedded into the carpet. I bet I had to dig 30 out. I couldn’t figure out the remote volume so anyone that goes… the volume button is on the side of the remote. The 2nd mayor Con was the people on the floor above us. You could hear EVERY SINGLE step they took! And they took 1000000! They were up at midnight, 3am, 6am and their steps would wake us up. If you rent this place get the top floor for sure! Overall, this was a nice vacay for my husband and kids. We just wanted to get away and it was all we needed for the weekend. My kids loved it! My husband did too bc he could walk right across the road to fish. We felt safe. The view off the porch was nice and there is a door that shuts off the porch so my kids couldn’t get out. I would suggest it if your not looking for anything fancy.

Overall not a bad place to stay
It was definitely a good location, walk To the beach wasn’t far at all. The place wasn’t bad but it looked nicer online. The apartment had an old musty odor. The dishwasher was broken and there were dirty dishes left in it. The dishwasher smelled bad. I emailed the owner and he sent someone to look at it but it never got fixed while we were there.

Great location!
We loved this little apartment for my teenaged son and his two friends plus my daughter and me. Proximity to the beach access was excellent! The apartment was clean and was easy to access with a door code instead of a key. Kitchen was minimally appointed, but was in good working order. The only downside for us was very firm beds that were not comfortable to us. We loved being about 5 minutes drive from the hustle and bustle of “downtown.”

Location can't be beat!
We (three adults) recently stayed here for a few days, teleworking and enjoying the beach. The unit was clean and fit three adults easily. It's across the street from the beach, and the beach access point is right there - amazing location! A couple lightbulbs were out when we arrived, but management responded immediately when I let them know and came out right away to replace them. Super responsive and easy to deal with. The private balcony area was great, and there are also two outside showers to rinse off in before going inside. The unit is a little bare bones, so be prepared to bring some supplies (kitchen sponge, handsoap, toiletries). Not a "luxury" rental, but the beach access and short drive to Surf City are great perks.

Nice Little Oceanfront Unit
I wanted a nice little place with access to the beach and with a view. I got both with this unit and was very pleased at how close it was. It was clean and as described. I ducked a star because some basic things (body wash, shampoo, and even a sponge to clean the dishes) were missing. Otherwise, this is a charming little place.
