Welcome to our brand new flat in the very administrative and culture heart of the city, close to Rakovska Street!
Surrounded by all of Sofia’s major theaters, culture monuments, historic landmarks and points of interests, the flat makes a perfect starting point for a walking city tour. It is also close to most of Bulgaria’s administration and business buildings that makes it a perfect spot for business travelers.
Equally great for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families.
The space
This is a first class designer’s flat featuring unique style, atmosphere, cleanness, charm and love to the smallest detail.
The flat consists of a Living room featuring a comfortable sofa bed, a Smart TV with Netflix, ultra-fast Internet and a tiny balcony for 2 with a lovely coffee table; a spacious Bedroom featuring a king bed and a bunk bed (suitable for 2 kids or 2 adults :)), plenty of light during the day and black-out curtains for the night, a vanity mirror and a super big wardrobe; a small but fully packed Kitchen with a dining table, cable TV, sun blinds (against curious eyes:)), tableware, a fridge, a microwave oven, a cooker with hot-plates, a toaster, an electric kettle, an absorber, a washing machine, and a dishwasher; designer’s Bathroom featuring a spacious shower cabinet, a comfortable toilet, a mirror and a first aid kit; an impressive full-size mirror Entrance; practically anything necessary so that guests could feel it like their real home.
As a compliment to our guests coffee, tea and fresh fruit will be provided free of charge.
Upon check-in you will have freshly ironed linen and towels. If you plan a longer stay those will be changed weekly with the flat freshened and cleaned also weekly. Additional cleaning and/or changes of the towels/linen are possible at an extra cost. Please ask your host.
In the winter and autumn time there is a partial view to Vitosha Mountain, and in the summer and spring time you will enjoy a lovely green view of the head of a huge tree in front of the windows.
The building is an old one from the 60’s but it is very well maintained. There is no elevator, but the stairs are not that steep and are easy to climb.
Just a few steps away there is a variety of public transport methods, including 4 of the central Tube stations, that makes the flat a great spot for going virtually everywhere in Sofia. It takes only 30 min to get to the Airport using the Sofia Tube.
The neighborhood
This is the top central part of the city, very busy during the day and a bit calm during the night (so that you can enjoy a relaxing night sleep). Yet you are a few steps away from all of the night time entertainment, bars, pubs, restaurants, and disco clubs.
Just behind the corner you can find a Billa supermarket, 0-24 pharmacy, a dozen of banks with ATMs, cafes and restaurants.
