The complex is located on a bluff overlooking a gorgeous beach which is directly accessible through community stairs. Picture walks, surfing, swimming, and games on the beach below the condo complex. This gated community offers underground, assigned parking and a nightly security patrol. There are two swimming pools, two spas, two lighted tennis courts, and spacious patio area. Take a morning walk to one of the many, nearby coffee and breakfast spots, including the Cedros Design District, which also offers a Sunday Farmers Market. You’re just blocks away from the Solana Beach train station which will take you south to downtown San Diego, the Padres ballpark, Old Town San Diego and other area attractions.
Similar to other condo units in the complex, this condo has a number of stairs leading up to it, however you will be rewarded with incredible views of the ocean to the west, as well as the hills of Solana Beach to the east. One of the best all-around views on the bluffs.
