The customer service was amazing especially the front desk clerk, Janice. It was a nice room and was very clean however I did have two major issues and one slightly minor issue. My door did not lock other than the standard lock (the other lock didn’t turn at all) and twice my door popped open when I was closing the bathroom door despite the door being fully latched. I also kept running out of hot water after being in the shower for more than 3 minutes. My room was slightly chilly despite having my heat up all the way (but it’s Vermont on below freezing days and windows aren’t the best) this was a very minor thing. The breakfast was good and the dining area was comfortable as well as welcoming. The location is awesome. Close to shopping and tons of food options including a grocery store and pharmacy.All within walking distance. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again just not in the same room.

Great little gem of a hotel right off the highway, and only about a 35-40 minute walk to Church Street. Very clean and spacious rooms. Great breakfast, too!

Excellent Accomodations and Service
It was a family ski vacation, and our requirement was a clean hotel room for us and our two kids. Check-in was a breeze. The folks at the reception accommodated a few minor check-in requests with a smile. Our room was large, spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything we needed. They had a microwave and fantastic toiletries. Breakfast Service was excellent on all days and the dining area was great for sitting down for a meal and long chats. Wifi is excellent and parking is ample. Cheap gas station next door and shopping, groceries and restaurants within a couple of blocks. highly recommend if you are in this area for a ski trip or a business trip.
