Elegant, quiet, exclusive are all words our guests have used to describe this tranquil five-story beachfront hideaway. The swimming pool is tucked into the sheltered courtyard, and the Jacuzzi sits on the beach side with an uninterrupted view. The 2 bedroom is approximately 1100 square feet. Fully equipped kitchen.
Amenities: Heated swimming pool, hot tub, cable TV, elevator, security code entry, and one assigned parking. Only gas and electric grilling is allowed on the property; charcoal is not permitted.
POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
