This cozy home is located in a small beachside community and has everything your family needs for a great beach getaway including four bedrooms, an open, fully stocked kitchen, two living spaces, and large back deck. Take an easy stroll to the white sandy beach and the private community pool. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day in the sun! As an added plus, this home is walking distance to numerous restaurants and coffee shops and less than a mile from the grocery store.

The interior of this home is thoughtfully furnished with cheerful beach decor and comforts of home. Every detail has been thought of including an extendable dining table, a back porch swing, outdoor dining, and plenty of beach supplies! The upper level open floor plan centers around a clean and updated kitchen fully stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils, and a living and dining room space. Step out from the kitchen onto the large deck where you will find plenty of seating for the whole family to hang out. Downstairs there is a cozy den with large screen TV to enjoy in the evenings, a workspace desk, and a small patio out back with porch swing. The four bedrooms are outfitted with crisp linens and two bathrooms with soft, fresh towels and start-up shower amenities.

Exceptionally clean!
It was a great stay. The house was extremely clean and situated right by the ocean with a 5 minute walk. Rooms were great. Living space is on both floors, so a little small but it worked out fine with the porch space upstairs to accommodate the group when we all wanted to hang together.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. Wonderful beach access with plenty of toys for the sand and water. Pool was great and never crowded. Deck was comfortable for sitting out and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Spacious kitchen that was well equipped. Some of the cookware could be replaced, but overall no complaints here! The property managers were very nice to communicate with and check in and check out was a breeze.

Beautiful house well maintained very clean It looked just like the pictures. The pool was a short walk. The beach was a short walk.(WEAR SHOES WHEN WALKING TO THE BEACH) the ground is very hot. They had all the kitchen supplies you needed to cook a four course meal. in the storage area they had a wagon goggles, beach toys, boogie boards, One of the boogie boards were broken that was only a problem because we had several kids with us. The kids had so much fun playing at the pool everyone in the area was so nice. We spent a lot of quality time in the dining area upstairs as it has a big table with chairs a couch and 2 chairs sitting around a tv also the balcony is right there through the sliding glass doors it was a fun area for everyone to just hang out!! The beds were so comfortable the pillows were so soft We all slept so good This was a well needed vacation it meet all my expectations and more!!! They even left us a little welcome note Which was so thoughtful of them.. We will definitely be visiting again!!

Enjoyed our stay for the most part
We enjoyed our stay at Seashell for the most part. Decent walk to the beach and the kids enjoyed the pool. Beds were very comfortable. A few things that were not so great was: 1) Floors were extremely dirty. They had been vacuumed/sweeped but they had not been mopped apparently in a long time. Our socks and our small kids feet were completely black on the bottom on our first day. 2) Several of the dishes were sticky, like they had not been cleaned throughly. 3) Home had a very musty smell, we had to rewash all of clothes when we arrived back home. 4) Dust pan is bent and will not work well with picking up dirt. Went out and bought one so we could sweep up.

This was a very clean house with a great location. The kitchen could use some updated utensils and pans but other than that, it was perfect for us. There is only two parking spots so that would make it difficult to bring my large family back but perfect for our small girls trip! Host was very helpful and communicated on any request that came up.

We loved it !!
The house was perfect to accommodate our party of 8! We loved the layout and the location. The house was very clean. Hosts were easy to get a hold of. Nothing much negative - ran out of toilet paper, bed was a little hard and contractors showed up unannounced. Otherwise , we had a wonderful stay and a would revisit this property! Location was great just feet from the beach and the pool was just what we needed. Thank you , thank you!!

Location was great but…
The location was the best part of this rental. It was a short walk to the beach and well maintained saltwater pool. There were restaurants and entertainment within walking distance and a grocery store nearby. The common grounds of the property are well maintained. I would not say the same about this property. The porch looked nothing like the quaint pic which is what drew me in. The house and especially the deck and stairs need work. It may be structurally safe but that’s about it. The wood is splintered, paint is peeling, rusty broken screw heads, and broken chairs. Inside had dead bugs/lizards which my grandson found to be amazing but us adults did not. It needs more than a ‘surface’ cleaning. The rusty fridge was off putting as was the cracked couch and chair pad that had a peeling back. It was great to have 4 bedrooms but it would be helpful to put up room darkening curtains. The steep/narrow staircase inside could be challenging especially when having to carry items up and maneuvering children. If you’re looking for a thoughtfully decorated and soothing environment to relax and enjoy while at the beach then this is not your place. All the furnishings/contents are haphazard and some don’t even fit the space. If you could care less about that kind of thing and are just looking for 4 bedrooms to sleep while you are at the beach then this is your spot. This could be a really special rental with some thoughtful updates and maintenance.
