Great home! Great location! Lots of space!
This home was perfect for our party of 8. There was ample space for everyone to be together or to be alone. It had a fully stocked kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 outside decks, plenty of extra towels and blankets, and little extras like travel size toiletries in both bathrooms. No hair dryer. The location was great! It’s a very short walk to the Lions Bridge. You will find many people from the neighborhood chose to walk the Lions Bridge into the historic district to avoid driving and traffic. If you don’t mind a short walk I recommend it. The view is beautiful and it’s safe for those with kids. Check in was easy and the owner Jeanne was very responsive to my text. Would stay here again!

Perfect location for downtown St Augustine
There were 4 of us staying here at this very cute home as we were playing in a golf tournament nearby. Home was very well stocked with everything you need. Plenty of kitchen items as well as cleaning items if needed. 2 Patios with plenty of space. Bedrooms good size. Pictures are exactly as they show on website. Only had minor issues with internet, but no fault of owner. All weather related. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend.

St. Augustine birthday trip
Easy check in and out process. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful house, close to downtown. The layout was perfect. My Dad has his space to watch football and my Mom, sister and I had our space to watch movies! Hope to return again!

This house was perfect for our stay while attending college orientation and visiting St. Augustine. Clean home, quiet area and great Location!

Very enjoyable stay! Location is great, about 10-12 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from downtown! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The host, Jeanne, was very helpful and responsive!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Great place at a perfect location! We walked to Old Town, drove 5 minutes to beaches and Pier. Music Wednesday night, wonderful restaurants, coffee on the deck in the mornings and plenty of room for family. Grandparents, parents, grandkids (3) and a visit from my brother from St Pete. Plenty of room and a great set up. Will definitely rebook!

Perfect location, wonderful home!
We loved staying here! The location is perfect for access to the historic sites, the beach, the alligator farm, and so many fabulous restaurants! The space was clean, open, and had everything our group of 7 could need. Everyone had a comfy bed, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the bathtub in the master bath is divine! We enjoyed all the living spaces, including the backyard, deck, and picnic table. Hope we can return the next time we’re in St Augustine.

The house was perfectly located in St Augustine. The property has a fenced around the backyard so you can sit on the patio and let the kids run around the backyard. This place was perfect for us.

Island Gem!
This was a great home with an amazing host! Our family enjoyed the neighborhood and is conveniently located to downtown and the beaches. A short walk will get you to some of the best restaurants St. Augustine has to offer! Would highly recommend staying in this great home!
