Relax in this cozy and comfortable upstairs apartment with balcony in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site (2 designated spots for your apartment).

The unit is equipped with a full bath. We know that traveling can be hectic so if you forgot your shampoo or conditioner, we provide a travel size at check-in for you to enjoy until you can grab your favorite.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a coffee maker WITH the coffee. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

Quaint and Amazing Location
This was the perfect stay for 3 days in St. Augustine! The proximity to historic downtown amazing. We walked in for dinner in the evening (10 minutes for us), and rode our bikes for daytime adventures. Communication and ease of entry was perfect. Very clean, and perfectly appointed with up to date furnishings. Parking was easy! We felt safe at all times. We will definitely book again in the future.

The apartment was sparkling clean when we arrived and check-in was a snap. We had everything we needed, it was quiet and we (2 older ladies) felt very safe. This place was perfect for our stay! It was very basic but super clean! It was walkable to everywhere! We did not have to use our car one time which was super nice! We enjoyed our stay! The perfect location!!!
We were visiting the area from Savannah for a music festival and property was minutes from the venue by foot. It is a beautiful, historic building, full of charm and well maintained.
